{"id":15061,"date":"2021-10-31T08:21:08","date_gmt":"2021-10-31T13:21:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=15061"},"modified":"2021-10-31T08:21:10","modified_gmt":"2021-10-31T13:21:10","slug":"borron-y-cuenta-nueva-a-deudores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/borron-y-cuenta-nueva-a-deudores\/","title":{"rendered":"Borr\u00f3n y cuenta nueva a deudores"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El presidente de la Rep\u00fablica,&nbsp;Iv\u00e1n Duque, sancion\u00f3 este 29 de octubre la&nbsp;Ley de Borr\u00f3n y Cuenta Nueva, con la que se brindar\u00e1 a los colombianos reportados en centrales de riesgo la oportunidad de limpiar su vida crediticia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El anuncio fue dado a conocer a trav\u00e9s de su cuenta el Twitter, \u201cSancionamos Ley de \u2018borr\u00f3n y cuenta nueva\u2019 con la que se beneficiar\u00e1n cerca de 10 millones de colombianos, que se encuentran reportados en centrales de riesgo y que&nbsp;podr\u00e1n restablecer calificaci\u00f3n positiva para acceder a cr\u00e9ditos de vivienda, educaci\u00f3n o adquisici\u00f3n de bienes\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan lo dado a conocer por el Jefe de Estado, partir de este 29 de octubre, hasta la misma fecha de 2022, quienes se pongan al d\u00eda con las deudas por las que est\u00e1n reportados en las centrales de riesgo podr\u00e1n recibir una amnist\u00eda, que no es m\u00e1s que eliminaci\u00f3n de sus reportes negativos y normalizaci\u00f3n de su historial crediticio.
