averiguaci\u00f3n de responsables\u201d, ante las afirmaciones hechas por el periodista William Guti\u00e9rrez de la emisora Alfa Est\u00e9reo, quien declar\u00f3 que Castro recibi\u00f3 un soborno para la elecci\u00f3n de la Contralora Municipal, El\u00edn Marcela Narv\u00e1ez y que reparti\u00f3 parte del supuesto dinero entre otros cabildantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicional a ello la cabildante critic\u00f3 a un columnista de un medio de comunicaci\u00f3n virtual quien public\u00f3 una fuerte columna en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cComo Presidenta del Concejo de Neiva, solicito se surtan las actuaciones investigativas necesarias y urgentes para el esclarecimiento de la verdad y se imponga un castigo ejemplar a los responsables de las infamias y calumnias en mi contra, enlodando el
