A corte 30 de noviembre de 2021, Colombia tiene 5.284 el\u00e9ctricos y 22.605 h\u00edbridos matriculados en el Registro \u00danico Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito (Runt), para un total de 27.889 carros de tecnolog\u00edas limpias rondando por las calles colombianas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las regiones con el n\u00famero m\u00e1s alto de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos son Bogot\u00e1, con 2.329; seguido de Antioquia, con 1.610; Cundinamarca sin contar Bogot\u00e1, con 563; Valle del Cauca, con 313, y Santander, con 171 veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos. Por el lado de los carros h\u00edbridos, los mayores registros son en Bogot\u00e1, con 10.375; Antioquia, con 6.374; Cundinamarca sin contar Bogot\u00e1, con 1.386; Valle del Cauca, con 1.197, y Norte de Santander, con 832.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cPara el Gobierno nacional es satisfactorio saber que, gracias a los esfuerzos realizados durante los m\u00e1s de tres a\u00f1os de gesti\u00f3n, en el mes de noviembre se hayan matriculado 241 veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos. Con esta cifra, estamos m\u00e1s cerca de cumplir la meta que definimos con el liderazgo del presidente Iv\u00e1n Duque en el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo de tener 6.600 carros de esta tecnolog\u00eda en el Runt\u201d,&nbsp;<\/em>se\u00f1al\u00f3 la ministra de Transporte, \u00c1ngela Mar\u00eda Orozco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vale la pena recordar que a trav\u00e9s de&nbsp;la Ley 1964 del 2019, por medio de la cual se promueve el uso de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos en Colombia&nbsp;y&nbsp;de&nbsp;la Estrategia Nacional de Movilidad El\u00e9ctrica (ENME), el Gobierno de Iv\u00e1n Duque estableci\u00f3 incentivos para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos como descuentos en el&nbsp;Soat&nbsp;y la revisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico-mec\u00e1nica, excepciones al pico y placa, d\u00eda sin carro y restricciones por materia ambiental, entre otros&nbsp;beneficios&nbsp;que definen las autoridades municipales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De manera positiva avanza el registro de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos e h\u00edbridos en el pa\u00eds.
