Esta es una iniciativa de la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva y la Secretar\u00eda de Paz, apoyada por el Consejo Municipal de Paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-12-04-at-1.37.46-PM-2-1024x678.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16583\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u201cEste evento es una fiesta, en el cual saldremos a las calles a defender la vida y la paz, que es nuestro mandato ciudadano. Est\u00e1n todos cordialmente invitados a unirse a las comparsas y mostrar su apoyo a la defensa de los derechos humanos\u201d, expres\u00f3 Esmith Duarte Cano, secretaria de Paz y Derechos Humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde las 3:00 p.m. los neivanos podr\u00e1n disfrutar de la colorida caravana conformada por defensores de los derechos humanos, medio ambiente y mujeres, as\u00ed como por v\u00edctimas del conflicto armado, poblaci\u00f3n reincorporada y funcionarios de la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal, quienes mediante comparsas, representar\u00e1n sus grupos poblacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-12-04-at-1.37.46-PM-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16584\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La proyecci\u00f3n es iniciar desde la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, sobre la calle 10 y finalizar en el Parque de la M\u00fasica \u2018Jorge Villamil Cordovez\u2019, donde se har\u00e1 un evento final con la participaci\u00f3n de diferentes artistas musicales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la Secretaria de Paz, ese d\u00eda se har\u00e1 una gran labor de no discriminaci\u00f3n y estigmatizaci\u00f3n, no solo sobre las personas que salen a las calles a manifestarse o de la poblaci\u00f3n en proceso de reincorporaci\u00f3n o que ya lo hicieron, tambi\u00e9n, sobre colectivos como el LGTBIQ+, mujeres y poblaci\u00f3n migrante, aportando a la construcci\u00f3n de una cultura de paz en la capital huilense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-12-04-at-1.37.46-PM-1-1024x664.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16585\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pr\u00f3ximo viernes 10 de diciembre, D\u00eda Internacional de los Derechos Humanos, se celebrar\u00e1 en Neiva la primera versi\u00f3n de la &#8216;Marcha carnaval por la vida y la paz&#8217;, un espacio que permitir\u00e1 el encuentro entre diferentes actores sociales y del conflicto, propiciando la reconciliaci\u00f3n y la no estigmatizaci\u00f3n.
