{"id":16660,"date":"2021-12-06T14:32:48","date_gmt":"2021-12-06T19:32:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=16660"},"modified":"2021-12-06T14:32:49","modified_gmt":"2021-12-06T19:32:49","slug":"en-un-allanamiento-capturan-a-sujeto-por-porte-ilegal-de-armas-de-fuego","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/en-un-allanamiento-capturan-a-sujeto-por-porte-ilegal-de-armas-de-fuego\/","title":{"rendered":"En un allanamiento capturan a sujeto por porte ilegal de armas de fuego"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En una diligencia de registro y allanamiento adelantada por la Seccional de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal en el Valle de Laboyos, fue capturado un hombre, a quien se le hall\u00f3 en una vivienda del \u00e1rea urbana de Pitalito un arma de fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El procedimiento fue llevado a cabo en el barrio El Libertador, luego que la Polic\u00eda Nacional, a trav\u00e9s de informaciones de inteligencia, conocieran de la presencia de un hombre armado en ese sector con pretensiones delictivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn el registro, fue hallado un rev\u00f3lver calibre 38, con cachas en pasta, sin el respectivo documento de tenencia, y se incaut\u00f3 un celular\u201d, indic\u00f3 el Comando de Polic\u00eda Huila mediante un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El capturado quien, con 4 anotaciones en el SPOA por los delitos de hurto, porte ilegal de armas y tr\u00e1fico de estupefacientes, fue identificado como Wilmer Alejandro Carlosama Bola\u00f1os de 23 a\u00f1os, y dejado a disposici\u00f3n de las autoridades competentes para que responda por el delito de fabricaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico y porte ilegal de armas de fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el momento el capturado est\u00e1 siendo presentado ante un juez de la rep\u00fablica para que se determine su situaci\u00f3n judicial, mientras que el arma ir\u00e1 a un laboratorio de criminal\u00edstica para determinar si ha sido utilizada en hechos delictivos en ese municipio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En una diligencia de registro y allanamiento adelantada por la Seccional de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal en el Valle de Laboyos, fue capturado un hombre, a quien se le hall\u00f3 en una vivienda del \u00e1rea urbana de Pitalito un arma de fuego.
