Fiscal\u00eda e impuso medida privativa de la libertad en centro de reclusi\u00f3n en contra de dos hombres que presuntamente son responsables de delitos sexuales en Neiva y San Agust\u00edn de los cuales ninguno se acept\u00f3 cargos.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan lo revelado por el ente acusador, uno de los casos ocurri\u00f3 el pasado 3 de octubre en\u00a0 el barrio C\u00e1ndido Leguizamo de Neiva, cuando \u00c9dgar Andr\u00e9s Rivera Suaza habr\u00eda entrado a la habitaci\u00f3n de una mujer de 23 a\u00f1os y presuntamente la intimid\u00f3 con un cuchillo propin\u00e1ndole tocamientos \u00edntimos y oblig\u00e1ndola a que la realizara lo mismo, mientras la amenazaba con matarla si no acced\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-12-14-at-10.47.41-AM-942x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17049\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El hoy judicializado, quien tiene una condena vigente por el delito de hurto, fue imputado como presunto responsable de acto sexual violento.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Segundo caso<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otros hechos registrados en San Agust\u00edn, fue judicializado Fernando Salamanca Cruz, quien el 30 de mayo del a\u00f1o en curso al parecer abus\u00f3 sexualmente de una menor de 17 a\u00f1os cuando esta se encontraba transitando por una v\u00eda rural de ese municipio, rumbo a su residencia.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El imputado por la Fiscal\u00eda como posible autor del delito de acceso carnal violento, al parecer la tom\u00f3 por la fuerza arroj\u00e1ndola a zona boscosa para cometer el il\u00edcito y luego huir del lugar.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las capturas por orden judicial estuvieron a cargo de CTI y, en un caso, en conjunto con Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional.\u00a0 Rivera Suaza fue capturado en el barrio C\u00e1ndido Legu\u00edzamo en la capital huilense, mientras que Salamanca Cruz en La Terminal de Transportes de Pitalito.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
