La obra tuvo una inversi\u00f3n de $8.000 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Malec\u00f3n del r\u00edo Magdalena de Neiva, estrena cara. Tras labores de m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o, se culmin\u00f3 esta obra que fortalecer\u00e1 el turismo de la ciudad. El Alcalde Gorky Mu\u00f1oz, firm\u00f3 el acta de recibo de esta obra, por parte del gobernador del Huila Luis Enrique Duss\u00e1n, ya que este proyecto de remodelaci\u00f3n fue contratado por el Departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La obra que permiti\u00f3 recuperar la relaci\u00f3n de la ciudad con el afluente que cruza once departamentos del pa\u00eds, y en ella se aprecia la regeneraci\u00f3n urbana en el entorno, ser\u00e1 entregada a 54 artesanos y 16 comerciantes de comida t\u00edpica, quedando para el disfrute de propios y turistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-12-21-at-9.13.52-AM-1-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17269\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAll\u00ed, podr\u00e1n deleitarse de un ambiente agradable rodeado de naturaleza. Es importante entregar espacios que van a generar turismo y productividad a la ciudad, la plazoleta de comidas, de artesanos, son espacios para compartir en familia, rodeado de naturaleza e infraestructura amigable con el medioambiente\u201d, precis\u00f3 el mandatario de los neivanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el alcalde Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cla obra ser\u00e1 entregada con el compromiso de no cobrar arriendo ni impuestos, toda vez que los artesanos y comerciantes se comprometan con el mantenimiento, sostenibilidad y seguridad de los diferentes espacios\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-12-21-at-9.13.52-AM-2-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17270\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la entrega de estos 70 locales, se espera avanzar con las estrategias de reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y generaci\u00f3n de empleo, atracci\u00f3n de turistas y dinamizaci\u00f3n del comercio gastron\u00f3mico y artesanal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La obra, valorada en 7.900 millones de pesos, de los cuales $3.500 millones fueron aportados por el Municipio, permitieron la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de locales, andenes y manejo de ra\u00edces, as\u00ed como la construcci\u00f3n de la ciclorruta, cicloparqueo y rampa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este lugar emblem\u00e1tico de la ciudad se convierte en un escenario completamente renovado para el turismo ecol\u00f3gico y de gastronom\u00eda.
