El supuesto miliciano le exig\u00eda dotaci\u00f3n para el grupo armado o en su defecto $80.000.000 para no hacerle da\u00f1o a su familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue as\u00ed como inici\u00f3 la negociaci\u00f3n entre v\u00edctima y victimario, logrando bajar la cifra a $50.000.000, dinero que deb\u00eda ser entregado en la Terminal de Transportes de Neiva (Huila). Como constancia del pago ellos le entregaban un papel con el cual \u00e9l se podr\u00eda desplazar por cualquier parte del pa\u00eds sin ninguna dificultad durante 10 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el momento de hacer efectiva la entrega del dinero, las autoridades lograron la captura en flagrancia de los hoy procesados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al ser llevados a audiencias concentradas ante un juzgado con funciones de control de garant\u00edas de la capital huilense, el togado les dict\u00f3 medida de aseguramiento privativa de la libertad en establecimiento carcelario.
