El alcalde de Neiva, Gorky Mu\u00f1oz, sali\u00f3 con meg\u00e1fono en mano a responder los reclamos y culp\u00f3 a las administraciones anteriores de no prestar la atenci\u00f3n correcta a los humedales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, la concejal Leyla Rinc\u00f3n, \u00fanica cabildante presente en la protesta, asegur\u00f3 que la administraci\u00f3n hab\u00eda prometido revisar el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial para modificar el manejo a los humedales.
