{"id":18103,"date":"2022-01-12T08:36:04","date_gmt":"2022-01-12T13:36:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=18103"},"modified":"2022-01-12T08:36:06","modified_gmt":"2022-01-12T13:36:06","slug":"en-vilo-proceso-de-eleccion-para-contralor-del-huila","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/en-vilo-proceso-de-eleccion-para-contralor-del-huila\/","title":{"rendered":"En vilo proceso de elecci\u00f3n para Contralor del Huila"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por una acci\u00f3n de tutela la Asamblea departamental suspendi\u00f3 la elecci\u00f3n de Contralor por presuntas irregularidades en el puntaje de la terna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ra\u00edz de una acci\u00f3n de tutela interpuesta contra la Universidad del Valle, exigen que la instituci\u00f3n de educaci\u00f3n superior, revise la conformaci\u00f3n de la terna y la designaci\u00f3n de los puntajes de la prueba de conocimiento que se desarroll\u00f3 en el mes de diciembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa acci\u00f3n de tutela no es contra la Asamblea del Huila, es contra la Universidad del Valle, estamos a la espera que la Universidad d\u00e9 respuesta a la administraci\u00f3n de justicia, entonces hoy el proceso de elecci\u00f3n de Contralor en el Departamento del Huila mientras haya inmersa acciones judiciales como esta, pues est\u00e1 suspendido respetando el debido proceso\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Alexander Vargas, presidente de la Asamblea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, el proceso deber\u00e1 esperar al menos 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles mientras la Universidad del Valle da respuesta a la tutela y se resuelve un fallo sobre este \u2018entuerto\u2019 que hoy pone en vilo el proceso para elegir Contralor Departamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, la Mesa Directiva de la Asamblea tambi\u00e9n ponen en conocimiento presuntas denuncias en las que se evidencian posibles inhabilidades entre los ternados y uno de ellos salpican a Andr\u00e9s Felipe Vanegas quien tendr\u00eda una relaci\u00f3n sentimental con Natalia Caviedes, actual alcaldesa del municipio de Palermo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHemos recibido advertencias de posibles inhabilidades de los ternados, como tambi\u00e9n hay solicitudes de revisar las hojas de vida de los ternados, entonces es ah\u00ed como Asamblea a trav\u00e9s de nuestros asesores analizar el procedimiento tan pronto se resuelva el fallo de tutela\u201d explic\u00f3 el presidente de la Duma.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por una acci\u00f3n de tutela la Asamblea departamental suspendi\u00f3 la elecci\u00f3n de Contralor por presuntas irregularidades en el puntaje de la terna.
