{"id":18367,"date":"2022-01-17T14:15:57","date_gmt":"2022-01-17T19:15:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=18367"},"modified":"2022-01-17T14:15:59","modified_gmt":"2022-01-17T19:15:59","slug":"hacienda-municipal-supero-la-meta-de-recaudo-por-descuentos-tributarios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/hacienda-municipal-supero-la-meta-de-recaudo-por-descuentos-tributarios\/","title":{"rendered":"Hacienda Municipal super\u00f3 la meta de recaudo por descuentos tributarios"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda de Neiva cumpli\u00f3 satisfactoriamente con la meta de recaudo por descuentos tributarios 2021, revel\u00f3 el jefe de esta dependencia, \u00d3scar Alfonso Londo\u00f1o Uribe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s de 5.000 personas aprovecharon los descuentos generados por la Resoluci\u00f3n 439, en donde se establecieron beneficios tributarios de la Ley 2155 del 2021, para el pago del Impuesto Predial, Industria y Comercio y multas de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con Londo\u00f1o Uribe, la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda logr\u00f3 recaudar $134 mil millones, lo que indica que se sobrepas\u00f3 los $130 mil millones que se hab\u00edan planteado inicialmente, es decir se cumpli\u00f3 en un 102,95%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTuvimos un super\u00e1vit del 2.95%. El recaudo de las vigencias anteriores de estas excepciones tributarias fue de $10.266 millones\u201d, expuso el Secretario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con respecto al gasto de funcionamiento, se super\u00f3 los 77 mil millones de pesos y se cumpli\u00f3 la Ley 617 en un 57.23%. Es decir que, el Concejo arroj\u00f3 un resultado del 1,43% y la Personer\u00eda, un 1,58%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTuvimos un buen recaudo de ingresos corrientes de libre destinaci\u00f3n. Cerramos con 7 mil millones de pesos, una cifra mayor con respecto al a\u00f1o 2020, donde arroj\u00f3 una cifra de 5 mil millones de pesos\u201d, sostuvo el Secretario de Hacienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calendario tributario 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la presente vigencia, la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda estableci\u00f3 el calendario tributario 2022, que qued\u00f3 de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Predial Unificado: Pago 12% de descuento hasta el 30 de abril -Pago 5% de descuento hasta el 31 de julio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prestador servicios tur\u00edsticos: Pago 20% de descuento hasta el 29 de julio -Pago 8% de descuento hasta el 31 de octubre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTambi\u00e9n tenemos el acuerdo municipal que fue aprobado el a\u00f1o pasado por los honorables concejales: \u2018Primero Neiva con FEE\u00b4, se trata de unas excepciones tributarias a las empresas nuevas que lleguen a la ciudad y generen empleo\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 \u00d3scar Alfonso Londo\u00f1o Uribe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda de Neiva cumpli\u00f3 satisfactoriamente con la meta de recaudo por descuentos tributarios 2021, revel\u00f3 el jefe de esta dependencia, \u00d3scar Alfonso Londo\u00f1o Uribe.
