{"id":18408,"date":"2022-01-18T12:42:30","date_gmt":"2022-01-18T17:42:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=18408"},"modified":"2022-01-18T12:42:32","modified_gmt":"2022-01-18T17:42:32","slug":"investigan-crimen-de-joven-huilense-asesinado-en-arica-chile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/investigan-crimen-de-joven-huilense-asesinado-en-arica-chile\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigan crimen de joven huilense asesinado en Arica, Chile"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>El joven neivano Luis Alirio Mart\u00ednez Moreno, de 29 a\u00f1os muri\u00f3 en extra\u00f1as circunstancias en medio de una balacera que se desat\u00f3 en un sector de Arica, Chile.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Por Julio D\u00edaz S\u00e1nchez<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conmoci\u00f3n y dolor caus\u00f3 entre la familia y amigos el crimen del joven Luis Alirio Mart\u00ednez Moreno, oriundo de Neiva asesinado en medio de una balacera que se desat\u00f3 en un sector de la ciudad de Arica en el pa\u00eds austral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucho Noticias, incluye a continuaci\u00f3n textos period\u00edsticos del portal Arica Al D\u00eda de Chile, donde describen versiones a trav\u00e9s de las autoridades de Polic\u00eda y Fiscal\u00eda de Arica, sobre los hechos ocurridos el lunes anterior donde perdi\u00f3 la vida el joven de nacionalidad colombiana Luis Alirio Mart\u00ednez, junto con otro joven natal de Chile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>De acuerdo a las primeras diligencias, el hecho se registr\u00f3 en el pasaje Melado con Guanaqueros, cuando por motivos que se investigan se produjo una balacera en el lugar. En ese contexto, un hombre de nacionalidad colombiana de 29 a\u00f1os falleci\u00f3 en el lugar tras recibir varios impactos bal\u00edsticos. En tanto, un segundo sujeto no identificado huy\u00f3 del lugar sin embargo cay\u00f3 herido por arma de fuego en el pasaje Las Tacas perdiendo la vida.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Hasta el sitio del suceso lleg\u00f3 la fiscal jefa de la Fiscal\u00eda de Arica, Trinidad Steinert, quien orden\u00f3 m\u00faltiples diligencias con el fin de recabar la mayor cantidad de antecedentes sobre lo ocurrido.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cUna de las hip\u00f3tesis es que pudo existir un fuego cruzado, lo que da cuenta de un hecho grav\u00edsimo. Diversos equipos policiales especializados est\u00e1n desplegados realizando m\u00faltiples diligencias bajo la direcci\u00f3n de esta Fiscal\u00eda. Debemos se\u00f1alar que como Fiscal\u00eda no solamente estamos preocupados por estos hechos violentos, sino que tambi\u00e9n estamos ocupados. En este sentido nos constituimos en todos los sitios del suceso de cada uno de los hechos para dirigir el trabajo investigativo y no vamos a parar mientras no sean resueltos estos cr\u00edmenes que conmocionan a la comunidad\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la fiscal Trinidad Steinert de Arica Chile.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Por su parte, la mayor Mariana Sep\u00falveda, comisario de la Tercera Comisar\u00eda de Arica, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Carabineros de la Sip de la misma Unidad, as\u00ed como el O.S.9 y Labocar de Carabineros, se encuentran desplegando intensas diligencias investigativas para esclarecer y determinar la din\u00e1mica de los hechos.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/363ddea1-71c7-470a-b9bd-179061459cd1-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18410\"\/><figcaption>Foto suministrada <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En di\u00e1logo con Lucho Noticias, el se\u00f1or Alirio Mart\u00ednez, padre del joven Luis Alirio Mart\u00ednez Moreno, pide urgente la ayuda y la colaboraci\u00f3n de las autoridades de Neiva y de la embajada de Colombia en Chile para poder repatriar su cuerpo hasta la ciudad de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan relata su padre, el joven Luis Alirio Mart\u00ednez, viaj\u00f3 a Chile en enero del 2019 junto a su novia por tierra y en Arica, Chile llevaba tres a\u00f1os trabajando en construcci\u00f3n y obra blanca \u201cmi hijo me dijo pap\u00e1 me voy a buscar trabajo en otro pa\u00eds, aqu\u00ed estaba muy duro el trabajo de construcci\u00f3n, \u00e9l se fue muy contento porque all\u00e1 llevaba tres a\u00f1os y estaba trabajando, pero me lo mataron, \u00e9l era un muchacho muy trabajador\u201d expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La v\u00edctima deja a su novia en embarazo quien tambien resid\u00eda en el norte de Chile con su novio Luis Alirio Mart\u00ednez.
