 En acciones de inteligencia y polic\u00eda judicial que adelanta el Departamento de Polic\u00eda Huila en zona rural de Isnos, se hicieron efectivas dos \u00f3rdenes de registro y allanamiento, que permitieron la incautaci\u00f3n de dos armas de fuego y la captura de 3 hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La informaci\u00f3n obtenida por parte de la Red de Participaci\u00f3n C\u00edvica, le permiti\u00f3 a las Seccional de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal llegar hasta la vereda Canastos, donde en la diligencia fueron capturados: Rober Javier Losada Gauca de 39 a\u00f1os, a quien le hallaron 6 cartuchos calibre 38 mil\u00edmetros; Carlos Fernando Losada Guauca de 41 a\u00f1os, le hallaron 1 arma de fuego, tipo rev\u00f3lver, marca Ruger Speed-Six con 6 cartuchos y Rodrigo Losada Gauca de 34 a\u00f1os, a quien le incautaron, 1 arma de fuego, tipo pistola traum\u00e1tica, con su respectivo proveedor y munici\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estos hombres presentan anotaciones en el Sistema Penal Oral Acusatorio de la Fiscal\u00eda por delitos como, homicidio, lesiones personales, fuga de presos y porte ilegal de armas fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan el Departamento de Polic\u00eda Huila, las armas de fuego incautadas ser\u00e1n enviadas al laboratorio de criminal\u00edstica, con el fin de determinar si han sido utilizadas en hechos de violencias que han ocurrido en ese municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los capturados fueron dejados a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda URI de turno, como presuntos responsables del delito de tr\u00e1fico, porte o tenencia de armas de fuego, accesorios, partes o municiones a esperas que se defina su situaci\u00f3n judicial. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
