{"id":18896,"date":"2022-01-28T13:02:39","date_gmt":"2022-01-28T18:02:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=18896"},"modified":"2022-01-28T13:02:41","modified_gmt":"2022-01-28T18:02:41","slug":"a-la-carcel-hombre-por-presunto-autor-de-un-homicidio-ocurrido-este-ano-en-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/a-la-carcel-hombre-por-presunto-autor-de-un-homicidio-ocurrido-este-ano-en-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"A la c\u00e1rcel hombre por presunto autor de un homicidio ocurrido este a\u00f1o en Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un juez con funci\u00f3n de control de garant\u00edas impuso&nbsp;medida restrictiva de la libertad&nbsp;en contra de Jehinson Angulo Manbuscay, de 38 a\u00f1os,&nbsp;porque ser\u00eda el responsable de la muerte un hombre a quien&nbsp;lesion\u00f3 gravemente con arma de fuego.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos hechos ocurrieron en la tarde del primero de enero de 2022 en el barrio Antonio Gal\u00e1n de Neiva.&nbsp; El occiso, identificado como Jorge Hugo Cabrera Asudillo, fue observado por su hermano cuando corr\u00eda huyendo del agresor quien al parecer&nbsp;le disparaba por la espalda\u201d, indic\u00f3 el ente acusador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igualmente, la Fiscal\u00eda dio a conocer que el togado acept\u00f3 las pruebas recolectadas por los investigadores, donde revelan que la v\u00edctima supuestamente se resguard\u00f3 en una vivienda, de donde Angulo Manbuscay se fue, \u201cpresuntamente se la&nbsp;hab\u00eda acabado la munici\u00f3n; posteriormente volvi\u00f3 a ese inmueble y&nbsp;nuevamente empez\u00f3 a disparar, pero la comunidad arremeti\u00f3 en su contra tir\u00e1ndole piedras\u201d, indic\u00f3 las autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El afectado fue remitido al Hospital Universitario de Neiva donde se produjo su deceso al d\u00eda siguiente por&nbsp;herida por proyectil de arma de fuego en regi\u00f3n gl\u00fatea derecha.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un fiscal adscrito a la unidad de vida de Neiva imput\u00f3 a Angulo Manbuscay como presunto autor de los delitos de&nbsp;homicidio agravado concurso heterog\u00e9neo con fabricaci\u00f3n, trafico, porte, o tenencia de&nbsp;armas de fuego, accesorios, partes o municiones. No acept\u00f3 cargos.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funcionarios del CTI en conjunto con Sij\u00edn, lo capturaron frente al CAI Timanco de Neiva el pasado 25 de
