{"id":1890,"date":"2020-03-07T09:16:45","date_gmt":"2020-03-07T14:16:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=1890"},"modified":"2020-03-07T09:16:47","modified_gmt":"2020-03-07T14:16:47","slug":"optimismo-en-neiva-con-apertura-de-oficina-de-la-jep","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/optimismo-en-neiva-con-apertura-de-oficina-de-la-jep\/","title":{"rendered":"Optimismo en Neiva con apertura de oficina de la JEP"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La administraci\u00f3n Municipal Primero Neiva, por medio de la jefe de la Oficina de Paz y Derechos Humanos, Esmith Duarte, particip\u00f3 de la <strong>apertura oficial de la oficina territorial de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Especial para la Paz<\/strong> (JEP) en el municipio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstamos bastantes satisfechos por la instalaci\u00f3n de la Oficina de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Especial para la Paz en el municipio de Neiva, aunque <strong>es una oficina de car\u00e1cter territorial que viene a atender los departamentos del Tolima, Huila y Putumayo<\/strong>, es muy importante que haga presencia en nuestro municipio porque se facilita el acceso a las v\u00edctimas, no olvidemos que Neiva cuenta con un n\u00famero superior a las 60.000 v\u00edctimas del conflicto armado, con personas en proceso de reincorporaci\u00f3n y que es el municipio del Huila que m\u00e1s v\u00edctimas tiene dentro de su municipalidad\u201d expres\u00f3 Esmith Duarte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La oficina territorial de la JEP <strong>busca que la poblaci\u00f3n v\u00edctima del conflicto armado de los departamentos del Huila, Tolima y Putumayo sean partes activas del proceso de paz <\/strong>y de la implementaci\u00f3n de los acuerdos.  La sede instalada en la calle 7 #6-59 Local 202, contar\u00e1 con un fiscal, tres investigadores y un auxiliar, ellos van a tener dos funciones fundamentales: acompa\u00f1ar y asesorar a las v\u00edctimas, pero tambi\u00e9n adelantar las investigaciones que correspondan a los hechos que ocurrieron a lo largo del conflicto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La idea del Alcalde de Neiva, Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n y la Oficina de Paz y Derechos Humanos es<strong> poder hacer sinergia con la Oficina de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Especial para la Paz<\/strong> y tambi\u00e9n con todo el Sistema Integral de Verdad, Justicia, Reparaci\u00f3n y No Repetici\u00f3n. Esto con el fin de que las v\u00edctimas restablezcan sus derechos, encuentren reparaci\u00f3n de manera individual y colectiva, y para que haya procesos de reconciliaci\u00f3n que van a contribuir a
