Ante la oportuna reacci\u00f3n, interceptan a este sujeto hall\u00e1ndole en su poder el celular que minutos antes hab\u00eda hurtado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCabe resaltar que esta persona presenta 17 anotaciones en el SPOA por los delitos de hurto, violencia intrafamiliar, lesiones personales, feminicidio y amenazas\u201d, indicaron fuentes oficiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo anterior, el capturado y el elemento recuperado fueron dejados a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda 30 local del municipio de Altamira para que defina su situaci\u00f3n judicial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los planes de prevenci\u00f3n y contenci\u00f3n contra los delitos que adelantan en el departamento del Huila tanto el Ej\u00e9rcito como Polic\u00eda, contin\u00faan arrojando importantes resultados, donde se logra la captura de Miguel Angel Maya Betancur, por el delito de hurto.
