el Consejo Departamental de M\u00fasica"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ante la<strong> extraordinaria asistencia de diferentes actores y miembros de organizaciones musicales<\/strong> del Departamento, quienes concurrieron al bloque cultural de la Biblioteca Departamental en Neiva, el Secretario de Cultura y Turismo del Huila Daniel Sanz presidi\u00f3 la reuni\u00f3n que convoc\u00f3 desde su despacho para la <strong>conformaci\u00f3n del Consejo Departamental de M\u00fasica. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En compa\u00f1\u00eda del delegado del Ministerio de Cultura del \u00e1rea de m\u00fasica Mart\u00edn Alonso Medina y varios miembros del equipo de trabajo de Huila Crece, el representante de la cartera cultural del Huila hizo varias precisiones de lo que representa para el Departamento haber podido conformar este cuerpo colegiado y de la importancia y relevancia de que crezca y se sostenga cohesionado para poder aportar, desde este arte, a la cultura del Huila. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n el funcionario de la m\u00e1xima cartera de la cultura en el Pa\u00eds, ampliamente inform\u00f3 a los asistentes sobre la relevancia que se genera en la Regi\u00f3n el inicio de este \u201cConsejo\u201d y destac\u00f3 los <strong>esfuerzos que vienen haciendo conjuntamente el Departamento y la Naci\u00f3n para que \u00e9ste sea diverso, representativ<\/strong>o y que d\u00e9 bases firmes que aporten a la evoluci\u00f3n de la Cultura, teniendo en cuenta que ellos delegar\u00e1n su propio representante ante el \u201cConsejo Departamental de Cultura\u201d, \u00e9ste \u00faltimo, \u00f3rgano consultor creado por ordenanza unos a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s:\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCon una participaci\u00f3n masiva de m\u00e1s de 100 personas que ten\u00eda por objetivo, por un lado,<strong> socializar los avances que se han realizado en el departamento del Huila frente al Plan Departamental de M\u00fasica <\/strong>y, por otro lado, la elecci\u00f3n del Consejo Departamental de M\u00fasica\u201d, asever\u00f3 el funcionario, quien adiciona aspectos fundamentales y relevantes los que tambi\u00e9n representan frente a la elaboraci\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n del Plan Departamental de M\u00fasica como un elemento de acci\u00f3n en la pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica que pretende, el gobierno de Lu\u00eds Enrique Duss\u00e1n L\u00f3pez, crear para generar mayor dinamismo en el sector musical del Huila <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl Plan Departamental de M\u00fasica <strong>pretende ser una pol\u00edtica de desarrollo musical , que organice tanto las inversiones, como la proyecci\u00f3n de diferentes iniciativas del sector musical <\/strong>en el Departamento para que se optimicen los recursos que, siempre van a ser escasos y, para que, los m\u00fasicos del Departamento adquieran o puedan desarrollar una buena capacidad de gesti\u00f3n y que de esa manera puedan tener una amplia autonom\u00eda en la gesti\u00f3n de sus proyectos\u201d enfatiz\u00f3 Medina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el\nConsejo Departamental de M\u00fasica, una convocada la reuni\u00f3n para su creaci\u00f3n, en\nel desarrollo de su primera reuni\u00f3n, qued\u00f3 conformado por:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.\n<strong>KALIA YULIMNE MUNAR FORERO. <\/strong>Representante de festivales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.\n<strong>PABLO ANDR\u00c9S SUAREZ ESCOBAR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.\n<strong>LUDOVINA SUAREZ PE\u00d1ARANDA. <\/strong>Representante de organizaciones culturales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.\n<strong>DIEGO LIZANDRO GARCIA CABRERA. <\/strong>Representante de
