{"id":1952,"date":"2020-03-09T18:42:15","date_gmt":"2020-03-09T23:42:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=1952"},"modified":"2021-12-29T11:22:10","modified_gmt":"2021-12-29T16:22:10","slug":"programese-para-pagar-industria-y-comercio-en-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/programese-para-pagar-industria-y-comercio-en-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Programese para pagar industria y comercio en Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n 6175 de 2019, la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva estableci\u00f3 la base a partir de la cual se aplica la <strong>retenci\u00f3n al impuesto de Industria y Comercio, Reteica, en el municipio,<\/strong> la cual establece los plazos de pagos para la vigencia del a\u00f1o 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEstos pagos<strong> se hacen bimestralmente y tenemos que para el periodo de enero \u2013 febrero de 2020<\/strong>, el plazo que se da para realizar el pago ser\u00e1 el 16 de marzo de este a\u00f1o.  Quiero contarle a la comunidad que haciendo una comparaci\u00f3n de lo que llevamos este a\u00f1o, <strong>el recaudo en el mes de enero a febrero el municipio cuenta con aumento del 84%<\/strong> y es bastante positivo, por lo que felicitamos a los contribuyentes que est\u00e1n realizando oportunamente sus pagos\u201d, coment\u00f3 Juli\u00e1n Andr\u00e9s Bola\u00f1os, Secretario de Hacienda de Neiva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es importante tener en cuenta que el Reteica <strong>establece la tarifa de acuerdo a la actividad comercial que desarrolle el comerciante.<\/strong> As\u00ed lo establece el estatuto tributario, en el Acuerdo municipal 028 del 2018 en su art\u00edculo 627. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cRecordarle a la comunidad que el sitio donde debe hacer la cancelaci\u00f3n son los bancos y las entidades financieras autorizadas para tal efecto\u201d, reiter\u00f3 el Secretario de Hacienda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed mismo reiter\u00f3 la<strong> invitaci\u00f3n a los contribuyentes para pagar el impuesto predial, que tiene descuento hasta el pr\u00f3ximo mes.<\/strong> \u201cRecordarles, el pago del impuesto predial y que contamos con un descuento del 12% hasta el 30 de abril de 2020, es muy importante para que la gente se motive a pagar y pues que estos recursos redunden en inversi\u00f3n para la gente y tantas necesidades que tiene el municipio de Neiva\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RETENCI\u00d3N INDUSTRIA Y COMERCIO
