Las mesas de concertaci\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo<\/strong> \u201cMandato Ciudadano, Territorio de Paz con Legitimidad\u201d, llegaron a la Comuna 5. En la Instituci\u00f3n Educativa Atanasio Girardot, se desarroll\u00f3 esta nueva mesa que busca volcar a la comunidad a participar activamente en la elaboraci\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo, a trav\u00e9s del aporte en proyectos, planes y necesidades de cada comuna de la ciudad, corregimiento y grupo poblacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y en medio de la masiva participaci\u00f3n a esta jornada, y de las muchas necesidades plasmadas por la comunidad, dos llamaron la atenci\u00f3n del Alcalde de Neiva, Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n, que podr\u00edan quedar incluidas en la agenda de desarrollo para el pr\u00f3ximo cuatrienio. Se trata del estudio de vulnerabilidad y riesgo del centro de salud del barrio Siete de Agosto,<\/strong> que debido a su ubicaci\u00f3n, frente a la quebrada La Toma, se encuentra en situaci\u00f3n de riesgo, lo que ha impedido desarrollar inversiones en materia de infraestructura, y por consiguiente, habilitar varios de los servicios que se prestan. Ante esa situaci\u00f3n, el mandatario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 prioridad de su Gobierno, realizar el estudio para conocer el estado real de esta y otras estructuras de la zona,<\/strong> y determinar la viabilidad de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\u00ed mismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que ya es hora que la comuna 5, que es atravesada en su mayor\u00eda por la quebrada La Toma, est\u00e9 librada de la amenaza que representa este afluente, por lo que anunci\u00f3 que se buscar\u00e1 la viabilidad para que la canalizaci\u00f3n de esta<\/strong>, que actualmente va hasta metros m\u00e1s arriba del estadio de f\u00fatbol, se ampl\u00ede y de esta forma se proteja la integridad de los habitantes de la zona,<\/strong> que viven cerca a esta afluente.
Adem\u00e1s de estas situaciones, la comunidad expuso otras necesidades como pavimentaci\u00f3n de v\u00edas, fortalecimiento de la seguridad, mejores rutas de transporte, fortalecimiento de la salud, entre otras. Todas ellas quedaron consignadas en el acta de la mesa, con la que la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal alimenta la construcci\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
