{"id":20596,"date":"2022-02-25T08:22:28","date_gmt":"2022-02-25T13:22:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=20596"},"modified":"2022-02-25T08:22:30","modified_gmt":"2022-02-25T13:22:30","slug":"dia-sin-carro-saco-de-circulacion-el-80-del-parque-automotor-de-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/dia-sin-carro-saco-de-circulacion-el-80-del-parque-automotor-de-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00eda sin carro sac\u00f3 de circulaci\u00f3n el 80% del parque automotor de Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ochenta por ciento del parque automotor que circula en Neiva dej\u00f3 de transitar hoy, en desarrollo del primer D\u00eda sin Carro y Moto del a\u00f1o, registr\u00e1ndose un buen comportamiento, por parte de la ciudadan\u00eda, que acat\u00f3 el Decreto 0873 de 2020, por medio del cual se proh\u00edbe el uso de veh\u00edculos tipo moto y carro y se prevalece el uso de la bicicleta y dem\u00e1s medios de transporte alternativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el balance entregado al cierre de la jornada, que se llev\u00f3 a cabo desde las 6:00 a.m. hasta las 6:00 p.m., periodo durante el cual se realizaron diferentes operativos de control en varios puntos de la ciudad; se ejecutaron 61 inmovilizaciones de veh\u00edculos, por no acatar la medida. \u201cTenemos un balance del d\u00eda en el cual obtuvimos 133 \u00f3rdenes de comparendo, de ellas, 40 motos y 21 veh\u00edculos inmovilizados\u201d afirm\u00f3 Alex\u00e1nder S\u00e1nchez, secretario de Movilidad de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"20600\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-02-25-at-8.06.00-AM-1-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20600\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"20599\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-02-25-at-8.06.00-AM-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20599\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"20598\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-02-25-at-8.05.58-AM-1-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20598\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior, deja una cifra favorable en comparaci\u00f3n con la jornada sancionatoria del a\u00f1o anterior, cuando se impusieron 287 comparendos, lo que equivale a una disminuci\u00f3n del 46%. A esto se le suma el aumento del uso de medios de transporte alternativos bicicletas, patinetas, carros el\u00e9ctricos o la caminata, medios a trav\u00e9s de los cuales muchas personas llegaron a sus sitios de estudio, trabajo o diligencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAvanzamos, vemos que las personas aceptaron el decreto, le apostaron al medio ambiente, le apostaron al servicio p\u00fablico y al uso de transporte alternativo como la bicicleta, tambi\u00e9n vimos m\u00e1s de diez carros con combusti\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica\u201d, agreg\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"20601\" parte, algunos ciudadanos respaldaron la medida que adem\u00e1s de mejorar el medio ambiente, promueve h\u00e1bitos saludables. \u201cLa actividad del d\u00eda de hoy es excelente porque relega el tr\u00e1fico vehicular y nos permite hacer ejercicio que es muy importante, somos muy sedentarios, entonces la invitaci\u00f3n es a que salgan y opten por medios alternativos de transporte\u201d,
