{"id":20908,"date":"2022-03-03T18:19:21","date_gmt":"2022-03-03T23:19:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=20908"},"modified":"2022-03-04T04:17:29","modified_gmt":"2022-03-04T09:17:29","slug":"victor-andres-tovar-no-esta-inhabilitado-consejo-nacional-electoral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/victor-andres-tovar-no-esta-inhabilitado-consejo-nacional-electoral\/","title":{"rendered":"V\u00edctor Andr\u00e9s Tovar no est\u00e1 inhabilitado: Consejo Nacional Electoral"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego de un proceso riguroso y determinante, que se dio durante el mes de febrero, debido a la solicitud del se\u00f1or Hern\u00e1n S\u00e1nchez Ortigoza, para la revocatoria de la candidatura de V\u00edctor Andr\u00e9s Tovar Trujillo a la C\u00e1mara de Representantes, el Consejo Nacional Electoral, fall\u00f3 a favor y despej\u00f3 cualquier duda sobre su \u2018aparente\u2019 inhabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cComo lo anunci\u00e9 en d\u00edas pasados, donde aclaraba que no me encontraba inmerso en ning\u00fan tipo de inhabilidad, hoy vuelvo a reiterar con el fallo a favor m\u00edo y de todo este equipo de amigos que cree en la renovaci\u00f3n, que seguimos siendo candidatos a la C\u00e1mara de Representantes por el departamento del Huila, que a pesar de los tropiezos y las viejas estructuras pol\u00edticas que le tienen miedo al cambio, aqu\u00ed estamos m\u00e1s fuertes que nunca\u201d, anunci\u00f3 Tovar Trujillo a trav\u00e9s de sus redes sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contexto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el pasado 8 de febrero se dio inicio al proceso administrativo para estudiar el caso de V\u00edctor Andr\u00e9s Tovar Trujillo. El 12 de febrero, el candidato tuvo conocimiento de la solicitud de revocatoria, el 16 de febrero fue la primera audiencia p\u00fablica virtual, el 17 de febrero se presentaron las pruebas, y el 18 de febrero fue la \u00faltima audiencia, en las que se presentaron las consideraciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fueron tan contundentes las pruebas entregadas por el candidato del partido Cambio Radical, que con seguridad indic\u00f3 que saldr\u00eda victorioso en el fallo de la Sala Plena del Consejo Nacional Electoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cComo la alcaldesa Trujillo Pava no ejerci\u00f3 sus funciones desde antes de la inscripci\u00f3n de la candidatura de su hijo V\u00edctor Andr\u00e9s Tovar Trujillo para la C\u00e1mara de Representantes, hasta el 15 de marzo de 2022, en virtud de la licencia que tom\u00f3, no se dio el supuesto inhabilitante que exige el ejercicio de autoridad civil y pol\u00edtica durante ese periodo\u201d, estableci\u00f3 en su decisi\u00f3n el Consejo Nacional Electoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En consecuencia, el fallo determina lo siguiente: \u201cesta Corporaci\u00f3n NEGAR\u00c1 la solicitud de revocatoria de inscripci\u00f3n de la candidatura de VICTOR ANDR\u00c9S TOVAR TRUJILLO para la C\u00e1mara de Representantes por la Circunscripci\u00f3n territorial de Huila, en el marco de las elecciones para el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica, de 13 de marzo de 2022\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De esta manera, queda descartada cualquier tipo de suspicacia que opositores estar\u00edan moviendo de cara a las elecciones que se avecinan, mientras que el candidato podr\u00e1 continuar con su aspiraci\u00f3n y podr\u00e1 ser elegido por los huilenses en los comicios del 13 de marzo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"20913\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-03-03-at-7.01.40-PM-3-792x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20913\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"20912\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-03-03-at-7.01.40-PM-2-798x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20912\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"20914\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-03-03-at-7.01.40-PM-1-797x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20914\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"20911\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-03-03-at-7.01.40-PM-795x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20911\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Luego de un proceso riguroso y determinante, que se dio durante el mes de febrero, debido a la solicitud del se\u00f1or Hern\u00e1n S\u00e1nchez Ortigoza, para la revocatoria de la candidatura de V\u00edctor Andr\u00e9s Tovar Trujillo a la C\u00e1mara de Representantes, el Consejo Nacional Electoral, fall\u00f3 a favor y despej\u00f3 cualquier duda sobre su \u2018aparente\u2019 inhabilidad.
