toques de queda solo los puede autorizar el presidente"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Alicia Arango, ministra del Interior, declar\u00f3 en rueda de prensa que acciones como toques de queda o simulacros \u00ab<strong>deben estar en concordancia con las instrucciones dadas por el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Iv\u00e1n Duque\u00bb.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan Arango dichas decisiones <strong>deben ser avisadas ante la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica para determinar si se pueden realizar, ya que influyen en el orden p\u00fablico del pa\u00eds.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo lo anterior qued\u00f3 consignado en el\u00a0<strong>Decreto 418 de 2020 del Ministerio de Interior: \u00abPor el cual se dictan medidas transitorias para expedir normas en materia de orden p\u00fablico\u00bb.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que varias partes del territorio nacional, entre ellas Neiva, han optado por el
