la movilidad desde Neiva hacia el sur del pa\u00eds"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En un trabajo articulado entre las autoridades de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte, Movilidad y Polic\u00eda, se establecieron estrategias para mitigar el impacto y congesti\u00f3n vehicular sobre las rutas alternas establecidas por las autoridades para garantizar la movilidad desde Neiva hacia el sur del pa\u00eds, luego de la ca\u00edda del puente Arenoso, sobre la ruta 45, que comunica a Neiva con el sur del pa\u00eds; emergencia causada por las fuertes lluvias registradas en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstamos desarrollando todos los planes de contingencia con el fin de contribuir a la movilidad, tanto del municipio de Neiva como de Palermo, por tal motivo tomamos la ruta alterna Palermo v\u00eda a El Juncal para aquellas personas que van al sur del departamento\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Alexander S\u00e1nchez, secretario de Movilidad de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, se estableci\u00f3 la inclusi\u00f3n de once controladores viales para el manejo del tr\u00e1nsito en este nuevo punto de salida al sur, que desarrollar\u00e1n unas funciones claves que permitir\u00e1n mejorar el flujo vehicular sobre esta zona que se ha visto afectada en materia de movilidad, con la congesti\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos livianos y de carga pesada que han estado transitando por esta ruta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTambi\u00e9n queremos informarles a todos los usuarios, que las autoridades de tr\u00e1nsito est\u00e1n muy alertas y est\u00e1n haciendo un estricto cumplimiento de estos temas, para evitar una serie de embotellamientos que est\u00e1n generando caos en toda la ciudadan\u00eda\u201d, agreg\u00f3 Eliana Conde Guti\u00e9rrez, directora de Tr\u00e1nsito Departamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del grupo de agentes de tr\u00e1nsito de la ciudad se est\u00e1 haciendo un control estricto, con el fin de garantizar el no tr\u00e1nsito de veh\u00edculos de carga pesada por la v\u00eda a El Cagu\u00e1n, por donde solo pueden transitar veh\u00edculos livianos como motocicletas y autom\u00f3viles, seg\u00fan agreg\u00f3 el Secretario de class=\"wp-image-21548\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Movilidad segura<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, la Polic\u00eda Nacional, a trav\u00e9s de su grupo de uniformados, ha prestado el apoyo pertinente con jornadas de patrullaje continuas, con las que se ha garantizado la seguridad a quienes transitan por las rutas establecidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo tenemos ning\u00fan inconveniente respecto al tema de seguridad, la v\u00eda se encuentra totalmente asegurada, las unidades han venido realizando patrullajes en diferentes tramos y estamos en este momento enfocados en garantizar la movilidad de los ciudadanos, tanto de Neiva como los visitantes al departamento y personas que transitan al sur del pa\u00eds, a departamentos como el Putumayo y
