{"id":22171,"date":"2022-03-24T07:52:39","date_gmt":"2022-03-24T12:52:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=22171"},"modified":"2022-03-24T07:52:41","modified_gmt":"2022-03-24T12:52:41","slug":"productores-del-huila-buscan-nuevos-mercados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/productores-del-huila-buscan-nuevos-mercados\/","title":{"rendered":"Productores del Huila buscan nuevos mercados"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura y Miner\u00eda de la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila, sigue articulando esfuerzos con entidades del orden regional y nacional en beneficio de los\u00a0<strong>productores agropecuarios del departamento,<\/strong>\u00a0que vienen avanzando en la\u00a0<strong>conquista de nuevos nichos de mercado.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con ese prop\u00f3sito\u00a0<strong>se realiz\u00f3 recientemente una mesa de trabajo\u00a0<\/strong>en la C\u00e1mara de Comercio del Huila, de la que participaron productores, transformadores de alimentos de la regi\u00f3n, Procolombia, Invima, y Secretarios T\u00e9cnicos de Cadenas Productivas, a fin de\u00a0<strong>avanzar en el cumplimiento de requerimientos sanitarios\u00a0<\/strong>para acceso a nuevas plataformas de comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este encuentro permiti\u00f3<strong>&nbsp;socializar los pasos para solicitar el registro sanitario Invima,<\/strong>&nbsp;as\u00ed como el cumplimiento de&nbsp; requisitos para&nbsp;<strong>obtener la certificaci\u00f3n de plantas de procesamiento alimenticio<\/strong>, y que tienen que ver con validaciones que hace la entidad con respecto al cumplimiento de est\u00e1ndares espec\u00edficos de calidad, obligatorios en ciertos procesos asociados al consumo y uso de alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido el Secretario T\u00e9cnico de la cadena Ca\u00f1a-Panela Luis Carlos Becerra, resalt\u00f3 el<strong>&nbsp;inter\u00e9s y compromiso de los productores huilenses por acceder a estas certificaciones,<\/strong>&nbsp;proceso en el que la Gobernaci\u00f3n de Huila de la mano con otras entidades viene haciendo acompa\u00f1amiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe logr\u00f3 hacer una convocatoria para la articulaci\u00f3n interinstitucional para el tema de los procesos en todo lo que tiene que ver con iniciativas productivas de transformaci\u00f3n; ll\u00e1mese panela, caf\u00e9, c\u00e1rnicos, frutas en el caso de los procesados, que en estos momentos tienen una carencia de informaci\u00f3n sobre todo en&nbsp; reglamentaci\u00f3n para el manejo de alimentos\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, sostuvo que este tipo de encuentros<strong>&nbsp;permite identificar y superar los obst\u00e1culos para lograr dichas certificaciones<\/strong>. \u201cTenemos una postura de hacer una articulaci\u00f3n para identificar cu\u00e1les son los posibles cuellos de botella que tenemos en cada una de las cadenas productivas del departamento, y lograr avanzar en procesos comerciales, sobre todo de mercados nacionales pero tambi\u00e9n en el tema internacional\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura y Miner\u00eda de la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila, sigue articulando esfuerzos con entidades del orden regional y nacional en beneficio de los\u00a0productores agropecuarios del departamento,\u00a0que vienen avanzando en la\u00a0conquista de nuevos nichos de mercado.
