tras imputarle cargos como presunto coautor del delito de homicidio ante un juez con funci\u00f3n de control de garant\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos hechos materia de investigaci\u00f3n se registraron el pasado 22 de marzo luego de que al parecer el menor tuviera una discusi\u00f3n con la v\u00edctima de 57 a\u00f1os de edad. &nbsp;Se presume sac\u00f3 un chuchillo y un machete de su residencia y persigui\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima quien se identificaba como Luis Alberto Cruz, intercept\u00e1ndola en un inmueble del asentamiento Villa Colombia de Neiva, donde lo agredi\u00f3 con las armas cortopunzantes hasta causarle la muerte\u201d, indic\u00f3 el ente acusador en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hoy judicializado se present\u00f3 de manera voluntaria a audiencias preliminares
