y motociclistas, a hacer uso del chaleco reflectivo en Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dando cumplimiento a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 94 de la Ley 769 del 2002 del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito, desde la Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad de Neiva, a trav\u00e9s de la Unidad de Seguridad Vial, se adelantan jornadas pedag\u00f3gicas con ciclistas y motociclistas, con el fin de sensibilizar a estos actores viales sobre la importancia y necesidad de hacer un uso adecuado de los chalecos o chaquetas reflectivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIniciamos con jornadas de capacitaci\u00f3n y sensibilizaci\u00f3n y despu\u00e9s vamos a realizar los operativos para sancionar a todas aquellas personas que no utilicen casco reglamentario ni utilicen, despu\u00e9s de las 6 de la tarde, el chaleco reflectivo\u201d, mencion\u00f3 Alex\u00e1nder S\u00e1nchez, secretario de Movilidad del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior, teniendo en cuenta que un considerable numer\u00f3 de ciclistas y motociclistas que transitan a diario por las v\u00edas que la ciudad despu\u00e9s de las 6 de la tarde, hacen caso omiso a esta importante norma establecida, en el C\u00f3digo Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito, en la cual se nombra literalmente: \u201cLos conductores de estos tipos de veh\u00edculos y sus acompa\u00f1antes deben vestir chalecos o chaquetas reflectivos de identificaci\u00f3n, que deben ser visibles cuando se conduzca entre las 18:00 y las 6:00 horas del d\u00eda siguiente, y siempre que la visibilidad sea escasa\u201d, esto con el fin de salvaguardar la vida de estos conductores y evitar siniestros viales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-03-25-at-6.01.30-PM-1-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22271\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obligatoriedad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La campa\u00f1a pedag\u00f3gica se extender\u00e1 por lo que resta del mes de marzo y a partir del primero de abril se iniciar\u00e1n los operativos sancionatorios. \u201cCon la Unidad de Seguridad Vial estamos realizando campa\u00f1as educativas, incentivando a las personas para que utilicen el chaleco a partir de las 6 de la tarde, una vez terminamos, el primero de abril empezamos a hacer los operativos sancionatorios a aquellas personas que incumplan esta norma\u201d, agreg\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El incumplimiento a esta norma, adem\u00e1s de aumentar los riesgos de ser arrollados por un veh\u00edculo, acarrea una multa de $468.448.50, para el caso de los
