{"id":22349,"date":"2022-03-27T07:19:36","date_gmt":"2022-03-27T12:19:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=22349"},"modified":"2022-03-27T07:22:18","modified_gmt":"2022-03-27T12:22:18","slug":"concejal-de-nataga-suspendido-por-cuatro-meses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/concejal-de-nataga-suspendido-por-cuatro-meses\/","title":{"rendered":"Concejal de N\u00e1taga suspendido por cuatro meses"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n sancion\u00f3 con cuatro meses de suspensi\u00f3n al concejal de N\u00e1taga, Huila (2016 &#8211; 2019), Jorge Alexander Medina Hern\u00e1ndez, quien profiri\u00f3 de manera irregular la Resoluci\u00f3n con la que convoc\u00f3 el concurso p\u00fablico de m\u00e9ritos para proveer el cargo de Personero Municipal para el periodo 2020-2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan lo expresado por el ente de control, Medina Hern\u00e1ndez expidi\u00f3 la Resoluci\u00f3n Administrativa No. 17 del 28 de octubre de 2019 sin contar con la autorizaci\u00f3n previa de la plenaria del Concejo, ni estar suscrita la convocatoria por su mesa directiva, a la que tampoco tuvo en cuenta para adelantar otro tipo de actuaciones administrativas, a pesar de saber que las mismas requer\u00edan de su anuencia, consentimiento o firma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, se conoci\u00f3 por el Ministerio de Controle que se configur\u00f3 una trasgresi\u00f3n al debido proceso, del principio de moralidad como sin\u00f3nimo de legalidad, el de eficacia al no haberlo podido concluir, y de los de econom\u00eda y celeridad por no optimizar los t\u00e9rminos para designar definitivamente personero municipal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n sancion\u00f3 con cuatro meses de suspensi\u00f3n al concejal de N\u00e1taga, Huila (2016 &#8211; 2019), Jorge Alexander Medina Hern\u00e1ndez, quien profiri\u00f3 de manera irregular la Resoluci\u00f3n con la que convoc\u00f3 el concurso p\u00fablico de m\u00e9ritos para proveer el cargo de Personero Municipal para el periodo 2020-2024.
