{"id":22707,"date":"2022-04-01T04:35:01","date_gmt":"2022-04-01T09:35:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=22707"},"modified":"2022-04-01T04:35:02","modified_gmt":"2022-04-01T09:35:02","slug":"desde-hoy-el-no-usar-chalecos-o-prendas-reflectivas-en-motos-y-bicicletas-en-neiva-generara-comparendo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/desde-hoy-el-no-usar-chalecos-o-prendas-reflectivas-en-motos-y-bicicletas-en-neiva-generara-comparendo\/","title":{"rendered":"Desde hoy el no usar chalecos o prendas reflectivas en motos y bicicletas en Neiva, generar\u00e1 comparendo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Municipal, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad, iniciar\u00e1 la rigurosa verificaci\u00f3n del cumplimiento del art\u00edculo 94 de la Ley 769 de 2002 del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito, en la cual se establece que ciclistas y motociclistas deben hacer uso del chaleco o alguna prenda reflectiva que facilite su identificaci\u00f3n en la v\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cD\u00e1ndole cumplimiento a la normatividad del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito, Ley 769 de 2002, iniciamos desde hoy primero de abril sancionando a aquellas personas, ciclistas y motociclistas y sus acompa\u00f1antes, que sean sorprendidas despu\u00e9s de las seis de la tarde sin portar la prenda reflectiva reglamentaria\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Alex\u00e1nder S\u00e1nchez, secretario de Movilidad de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-03-31-at-8.57.25-PM.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22709\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior, teniendo en cuenta que un considerable numer\u00f3 de ciclistas y motociclistas que transitan a diario por las v\u00edas que la ciudad despu\u00e9s de las seis de la tarde, hacen caso omiso a esta importante norma establecida en el C\u00f3digo Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito, en la cual se nombra literalmente: \u201cLos conductores de estos tipos de veh\u00edculos y sus acompa\u00f1antes deben vestir chalecos o chaquetas reflectivas de identificaci\u00f3n que deben ser visibles cuando se conduzca entre las 18:00 y las 6:00 horas del d\u00eda siguiente, y siempre que la visibilidad sea escasa\u201d; esto con el fin de salvaguardar la vida de estos conductores y evitar siniestros viales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante aclarar que la norma no establece un modelo espec\u00edfico, ni que el chaleco lleve la placa de la moto, lo que busca la medida es evitar accidentes en la v\u00eda con estos actores viales \u201chay chaquetas, chalecos o una sola prenda reflectiva, lo importante es que el conductor y parrillero puedan ser visibles con esta prenda reflectiva, no es necesario que la misma lleve la placa\u201d, agreg\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-03-31-at-8.57.26-PM-1024x675.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22710\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Para socializar esta norma, la autoridad de tr\u00e1nsito estuvo las \u00faltimas dos semanas, estableciendo operativos pedag\u00f3gicos en toda la ciudad, generando conciencia en ciclistas y motociclistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El incumplimiento de esta norma, adem\u00e1s de aumentar los riesgos de ser arrollados por un veh\u00edculo, acarrea una multa de 468.448.50 pesos, para el caso de los motociclistas y de $117.112 para los ciclistas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Municipal, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad, iniciar\u00e1 la rigurosa verificaci\u00f3n del cumplimiento del art\u00edculo 94 de la Ley 769 de 2002 del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito, en la cual se establece que ciclistas y motociclistas deben hacer uso del chaleco o alguna prenda reflectiva que facilite su identificaci\u00f3n en la v\u00eda.
