{"id":23423,"date":"2022-04-10T14:13:03","date_gmt":"2022-04-10T19:13:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=23423"},"modified":"2022-04-10T14:13:06","modified_gmt":"2022-04-10T19:13:06","slug":"capturados-tres-sujetos-por-hurto-en-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/capturados-tres-sujetos-por-hurto-en-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Capturados tres sujetos por hurto en Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva, dio a conocer hace pocas horas la captura de tres sujetos en operativos distintos en la capital huilense, contra el delito de hurto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan lo revelado por las autoridades, el primer operativo fue llevado en el sector del barrio Las Mercedes de la comuna 1 de Neiva, donde gracias a la comunidad y unidades adscritas al Cuadrante 2 del CAI Candido quienes se encontraban en desarrollo de actividades de control y prevenci\u00f3n del delito en inmediaciones de la calle 57 con carrera 1, logran la captura de Andr\u00e9s David Quimbayo, conocido como \u00abQuimbayo\u00bb de 23 a\u00f1os de edad, quien minutos antes al parecer hab\u00eda hurtado un celular marca Samsung Galaxy A31 mediante la modalidad de raponazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEste individuo quien tambi\u00e9n perteneci\u00f3 a la extinta banda. Los \u00abSanta Chava\u00bb registra antecedentes por los delitos de Hurto y Violencia Intrafamiliar, fue dejado a disposici\u00f3n de autoridad competente por el delito de Hurto. El capturado quien es se\u00f1alado por la comunidad, de ser un importante actor criminal con injerencia en la comuna 1, 2, 6 y 7 ya se encuentra en poder de las autoridades a espera que un juez de la rep\u00fablica, tome decisiones en su caso\u201d, indic\u00f3 el Teniente Coronel Jovanny Cepeda Sanabria, Subcomandante Encargado de la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"23425\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-04-10-at-9.36.00-AM-1-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23425\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"23426\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-04-10-at-9.36.00-AM-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23426\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Segundo operativo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La segunda acci\u00f3n policial, fue realizada en inmediaciones del barrio Las Acacias, donde seg\u00fan las autoridades, uniformados del cuadrante 29 adscritos al CAI Alpes mediante labores de patrullaje y oportuna reacci\u00f3n, logran en la calle 1 con Carrera 21, logran la captura en flagrancias de dos sujetos identificados como Omar Tierradentro Boyucue de 44 a\u00f1os de edad quien cuenta con antecedentes por el delito de Hurto calificado y agravado y un joven de 20 a\u00f1os de edad, el cual al parecer momentos antes hab\u00edan robado un celular, bajo la modalidad de raponazo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs de anotar que estos sujetos se movilizaban en una motocicleta Hero de Placas PCM-63F portando un arma de fogueo, con la cual intimidaban a sus v\u00edctimas para hurtarlas. De esta forma al practicarle un registro preventivo se le encuentra en su poder, un tel\u00e9fono celular, propiedad de una ciudadana, a quien minutos antes hab\u00eda hurtado.
