{"id":23902,"date":"2022-04-19T05:35:11","date_gmt":"2022-04-19T10:35:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=23902"},"modified":"2022-04-19T05:35:13","modified_gmt":"2022-04-19T10:35:13","slug":"capturado-alias-el-mueco-presunto-temido-ladron-de-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/capturado-alias-el-mueco-presunto-temido-ladron-de-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Capturado alias \u2018El Mueco\u2019 presunto temido ladr\u00f3n de Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva, dio a conocer hace pocas horas la captura de un sujeto de 19 a\u00f1os edad, el cual al parecer es un importante actor criminal dedicado al hurto en todas sus modalidades, en la capital huilense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan lo revelado por las autoridades, el hombre quien fue capturado, en la avenida 26 con calle 40 del barrio Granjas, estar\u00eda presuntamente inmerso en un hecho de homicidio en la comuna 7 de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDe esta forma unidades de la Seccional de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal SIJIN, con apoyo de su grupo de Criminal\u00edstica y en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, logra hacer efectiva una orden de captura vigente en contra de Brayan Estiven Artunduaga Quintero \u00abEl mueco\u00bb de 19 a\u00f1os de edad, por el delito de Hurto Calificado y Agravado. Este individuo, de acuerdo al acervo probatorio recolectado a lo largo de 4 meses de investigaci\u00f3n, presuntamente est\u00e1 vinculado a varios hechos de hurto con arma de fuego y arma corto punzante. De la misma forma, de acuerdo a las labores investigativas hasta ahora adelantadas, este sujeto est\u00e1 presuntamente vinculado a un hecho de homicidio en la comuna 7 de la ciudad de Neiva; hecho que actualmente est\u00e1 siendo investigado por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n\u201d, indic\u00f3 las autoridades en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, se conoci\u00f3 que, en las horas de la noche de ayer lunes 18 de abril, el sujeto implicado quien a su corta edad presenta anotaciones como indiciado por el delito de Hurto Calificado y Agravado, porte ilegal de armas de fuego, receptaci\u00f3n y Homicidio, fue dejado a disposici\u00f3n de autoridad judicial competente por el delito en menci\u00f3n, a esperas que un juez de control de garant\u00edas le defina su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-04-18-at-7.46.00-PM-1-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23904\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva, dio a conocer hace pocas horas la captura de un sujeto de 19 a\u00f1os edad, el cual al parecer es un importante actor criminal dedicado al hurto en todas sus modalidades, en la capital huilense.
