{"id":2414,"date":"2020-04-08T14:07:18","date_gmt":"2020-04-08T19:07:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=2414"},"modified":"2020-04-08T14:07:20","modified_gmt":"2020-04-08T19:07:20","slug":"guardas-de-transito-a-conductores-respeten-las-normas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/guardas-de-transito-a-conductores-respeten-las-normas\/","title":{"rendered":"Guardas de tr\u00e1nsito a conductores: respeten las normas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pese al <strong>poco flujo vehicular durante estos d\u00edas,<\/strong> y tras varios accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito registrados en la ciudad, donde se ven involucrados veh\u00edculos tipo taxi y motocicletas, el Secretario de Movilidad Elberto Garavito, hizo un llamado a los conductores a <strong>cumplir las normas de tr\u00e1nsito. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el funcionario estos accidentes <strong>se han venido presentando por imprudencia vial<\/strong>, ya que no est\u00e1n respetando las normas de tr\u00e1nsito, especialmente el Pare y sem\u00e1foros en rojo, as\u00ed como los l\u00edmites velocidad.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEs muy importantes<strong> recalcarle a las personas que circulan por la ciudad<\/strong> en su medio de transporte o veh\u00edculo particular, que<strong> lo hagan cumpliendo con todas las normas de tr\u00e1nsito,<\/strong> esto refiri\u00e9ndome a un accidente de tr\u00e1nsito donde estuvieron involucrados un taxi y una motocicleta, es parad\u00f3jico que en la ciudad, en las condiciones que se encuentra, donde existe poco flujo de veh\u00edculos persistan accidentes como este\u2026\u00bb, indic\u00f3 el Secretario de Movilidad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta situaci\u00f3n se da, dijo el Secretario, porque <strong>al parecer los conductores creen que la ciudad est\u00e1 sola y pueden exceder los l\u00edmites de velocidad,<\/strong>  y violar las se\u00f1ales de tr\u00e1nsito. \u00abInvitamos no solo a los particulares, si no a los de servicio p\u00fablico tipo taxi, a que cumplan las normas de tr\u00e1nsito, ya que las personas vienen omitiendo los sem\u00e1foros en rojo y los Pare, confiados que no hay circulaci\u00f3n y aumentando la velocidad. Tengamos en cuenta esto, para evitar accidentes y lo m\u00e1s importe, la perdida de una vida humana\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Documentos exigidos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, hizo la aclaraci\u00f3n a la ciudadan\u00eda, de <strong>la importancia de llevar consigo los documentos<\/strong> del veh\u00edculo, para no ser sancionados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEs de aclarar que se est\u00e1 contemplando la posibilidad de que las personas se les ha vencido la t\u00e9cnico-mec\u00e1nica durante el tiempo de confinamiento no deber\u00e1n mostrarla, porque es obvio que no han tenido la posibilidad de hacerlo, pero tambi\u00e9n deben tener en cuenta que es solo la tecnomec\u00e1nica y licencia, el tema de seguro no se ha contemplado porque ese se puede adquirir de manera virtual\u00bb, indic\u00f3 Elberto Garavito Vargas. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pese al poco flujo vehicular durante estos d\u00edas, y tras varios accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito registrados en la ciudad, donde se ven involucrados veh\u00edculos tipo taxi y motocicletas, el Secretario de Movilidad Elberto Garavito, hizo un llamado a los conductores a cumplir las normas de tr\u00e1nsito.
