{"id":24226,"date":"2022-04-22T05:12:44","date_gmt":"2022-04-22T10:12:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=24226"},"modified":"2022-04-22T05:12:45","modified_gmt":"2022-04-22T10:12:45","slug":"capturado-sujeto-por-tener-en-su-poder-3-cartuchos-de-escopeta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/capturado-sujeto-por-tener-en-su-poder-3-cartuchos-de-escopeta\/","title":{"rendered":"Capturado sujeto por tener en su poder 3 cartuchos de escopeta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva, dieron a conocer que en el barrio Pedregal de la comuna 10 de la capital huilense, lograron la captura de un hombre 25 a\u00f1os de edad, por el delito de porte ilegal de armas de fuego y municiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs as\u00ed como de esta forma uniformados del cuadrante 33 adscritos al CAI&nbsp; Palmas, logran en la carrera 58A con calle 20&nbsp; del barrio Pedregal, la captura de Brayan Stiven Ram\u00edrez Puentes de 25 a\u00f1os de edad, conocido como \u00abTigre\u00bb&nbsp; por el delito de fabricaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico o porte de armas de fuego, municiones o accesorios. Este sujeto quien reside en el Asentamiento \u00c1lvaro Uribe de la comuna 10, ten\u00eda en su poder 3 cartuchos calibre 16 mil\u00edmetros para escopeta\u201d, indic\u00f3 las autoridades en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, fuentes oficiales revelaron que el hombre implicado, tambi\u00e9n cuenta con antecedentes por los delitos de Fabricaci\u00f3n, Tr\u00e1fico y Porte de Estupefacientes y Hurto Calificado y esta presuntamente relacionado con las lesiones cometidas con arma de fuego a un hombre en el barrio Palmas II.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, se conoci\u00f3 que esta persona fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad competente con el fin de que un juez de control y garant\u00edas le defina su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
