de forma temporal la presentaci\u00f3n del examen de estado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el marco del<strong> Estado de Emergencia Econ\u00f3mica, Social y Ecol\u00f3gica,<\/strong> con el fin de<strong> garantizar el derecho a la educaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de todos los estudiantes que deseen ingresar a la educaci\u00f3n superior en el segundo semestre del a\u00f1o 2020, el Gobierno Nacional expidi\u00f3 el Decreto 532 de abril de 2020, mediante el cual <strong>se exime del requisito de la presentaci\u00f3n del Examen de Estado<\/strong> para el<strong> ingreso a los programas de pregrado <\/strong>a todos los estudiantes que deb\u00edan presentarlo el pasado 15 de marzo del a\u00f1o en curso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido y en virtud de la autonom\u00eda universitaria prevista en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica,<strong> las instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior gozan de la potestad para definir los criterios y procedimientos <\/strong>para seleccionar a sus estudiantes, siempre que los mismos sean razonables, proporcionales y no vulneren derechos fundamentales, en especial el derecho a la igualdad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las pruebas programadas para el 15 de marzo de 2020 fueron suspendidas el pasado 14 de marzo, como resultado de un monitoreo constante y previo un an\u00e1lisis de alternativas t\u00e9cnicas realizado de manera conjunta entre el ICFES, el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n Nacional y las Instituciones de Educaci\u00f3n Superior, en adopci\u00f3n de las medidas de Emergencia Sanitaria implementadas para prevenir y contener el covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe aclarar que<strong> los estudiantes que estaban inscritos <\/strong>para presentar el Examen de Estado el 15 de marzo de 2020 <strong>deber\u00e1n presentar esta prueba, <\/strong>de conformidad con el calendario de aplicaci\u00f3n que para el efecto expida el Instituto Colombiano para la Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Educaci\u00f3n (ICFES).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el
