{"id":24637,"date":"2022-04-28T14:18:20","date_gmt":"2022-04-28T19:18:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=24637"},"modified":"2022-04-28T14:18:22","modified_gmt":"2022-04-28T19:18:22","slug":"obra-de-la-carrera-segunda-de-neiva-supero-el-50-de-ejecucion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/obra-de-la-carrera-segunda-de-neiva-supero-el-50-de-ejecucion\/","title":{"rendered":"Obra de la carrera segunda de Neiva, super\u00f3 el 50% de ejecuci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un positivo balance reflej\u00f3 el seguimiento a la obra de construcci\u00f3n y renovaci\u00f3n de andenes de la carrera Segunda, que se lleva a cabo por parte del ente gestor del Sistema Estrat\u00e9gico de Transporte P\u00fablico, SETP, de la ciudad de Neiva, que se encuentra en la ejecuci\u00f3n del tercer subtramo de cuatro por intervenir, esto, seg\u00fan el recorrido de seguimiento realizado por el gerente de la entidad, Juan Carlos Gonz\u00e1lez Mej\u00eda, por algunas de las zonas intervenidas, las cuales superan el 50% de avance de la obra, dando cumplimiento al cronograma de trabajo establecido desde el inicio de la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHemos hecho un recorrido con todo el equipo t\u00e9cnico del SETP, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de los veedores y de la comunidad como tal, respecto al avance de la obra que estamos ejecutando sobre la carrera Segunda. Para nosotros es muy importante trabajar de manera mancomunada y en asocio con la comunidad\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de este recorrido de seguimiento, el Gerente y el equipo t\u00e9cnico, tambi\u00e9n escucharon algunas solicitudes por parte de la comunidad frente a ciertas inconformidades, las cuales fueron atendidas y se har\u00e1n las intervenciones necesarias para dar soluci\u00f3n a la comunidad. \u201cHoy tambi\u00e9n estamos escuchando sobre algunas situaciones y a trav\u00e9s de esta visita t\u00e9cnica estamos dando soluciones a todas estas peticiones que se han venido presentando\u201d, agreg\u00f3 el Gonz\u00e1lez Mej\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 parte, la comunidad y miembros del grupo veedor de la obra que hicieron parte de este recorrido de seguimiento, resaltaron la importancia de este proyecto y el compromiso de la administraci\u00f3n por entregar una obra de calidad que beneficiar\u00e1 a toda la poblaci\u00f3n neivana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFelicitamos al Alcalde y al Gerente porque se les ha visto disposici\u00f3n de hacer las cosas bien, ha habido inconvenientes, pero nosotros como veedores hemos estado pendientes y dispuestos a colaborar y nos damos cuenta de la buena voluntad para hacer las cosas\u201d, coment\u00f3 Ricardo Castro, l\u00edder de la Comuna 4 y miembro del grupo veedor de la obra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, los comerciantes aplauden esta obra que ha permitido no solo mejorar la movilidad de peatones, tambi\u00e9n ha modernizado y embellecido esta importante zona comercial de la ciudad. \u201cLa mejor\u00eda es notoria porque quedan uniformados los andenes, quedan regularizados para que no hayan sobresaltos, adem\u00e1s que valorizan el sector, lo hacen ver mucho m\u00e1s vistoso\u201d, agreg\u00f3 Ricardo Guzm\u00e1n, comerciante de la carrera Segunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-image-24642\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inicio del subtramo 4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el apoyo del equipo social de la entidad se realiz\u00f3 la reuni\u00f3n de socializaci\u00f3n y visitas puerta a puerta, a cada una de las unidades econ\u00f3micas ubicadas en el tramo de la calle Quinta hasta la S\u00e9ptima, las cuales hacen parte del \u00faltimo subtramo de intervenci\u00f3n; donde se dieron a conocer c\u00f3mo se adelantar\u00e1 la ejecuci\u00f3n de la obra, los aprovechamientos forestales y dem\u00e1s temas de inter\u00e9s sobre la
