para el sector cafetero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura y la Oficina de Productividad y Competitividad se reunieron con representantes del IDH\u00a0(organizaci\u00f3n de cooperaci\u00f3n de pa\u00edses bajos, Holanda y Suiza)\u00a0y Asociaciones de Caficultores para\u00a0<strong>fortalecer a peque\u00f1os productores\u00a0<\/strong>de caf\u00e9 en el Huila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstamos aqu\u00ed para\u00a0<strong>introducir un programa nuevo de apoyo en caf\u00e9 y tambi\u00e9n para hablar un poco de c\u00f3mo vamos a colaborar con programas que existen en el Huila<\/strong>, los gremios que est\u00e1n trabajando aqu\u00ed s\u00ed saben cu\u00e1les son sus principales necesidades y que apoyo requieren, el trabajo de nosotros es escuchar bien para fijar como podemos traer los recursos del sector privado, del p\u00fablico, recursos propios y otros\u201d, explic\u00f3 Ric Rhinehart, representante del IDH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila le dio espacio a los representantes de los gremios y Asociaciones de Caficultores para que expresaran las principales necesidades del gremio, para poder hacer una gesti\u00f3n de los recursos y una inversi\u00f3n acertada para mejorar la competitividad y los ingresos de las familias que derivan su sustento del cultivo y comercializaci\u00f3n del grano del caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCreo que&nbsp;<strong>es una bonita oportunidad&nbsp;<\/strong>que nos da el Gobierno Departamental de participar a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura del Huila donde pudimos hacer un conversatorio sobre este proyecto tan importante como es la inversi\u00f3n hacia temas de competitividad, medio ambiente y la&nbsp;<strong>inclusi\u00f3n de todos estos grupos asociativos que seguramente van a recibir unos recursos&nbsp;<\/strong>que les va a permitir mejorar sus ingresos\u201d, resalt\u00f3 Antonio Jos\u00e9 Carvajal,&nbsp; de la Federaci\u00f3n Nacional de Cafeteros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ser\u00e1n recursos de IDH (Organizaci\u00f3n de Cooperaci\u00f3n de Pa\u00edses Bajos, Holanda y Suiza), y la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila que entrar\u00e1n a fortalecer a los caficultores en el departamento para&nbsp;<strong>producir con mayor calidad y mejorar los ingresos&nbsp;<\/strong>de los peque\u00f1os
