{"id":25728,"date":"2022-05-12T08:07:45","date_gmt":"2022-05-12T13:07:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=25728"},"modified":"2022-05-12T08:07:47","modified_gmt":"2022-05-12T13:07:47","slug":"destituido-guardian-del-inpec-por-dejar-solo-a-preso-en-el-hospital-de-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/destituido-guardian-del-inpec-por-dejar-solo-a-preso-en-el-hospital-de-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Destituido guardi\u00e1n del Inpec por dejar solo a preso en el Hospital de Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El guardi\u00e1n de la c\u00e1rcel de Neiva, Esn\u00e9ider Ren\u00e9 Plaza Vargas, fue destituido en segunda instancia por la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio P\u00fablico destituy\u00f3 e inhabilit\u00f3 para ejercer funciones p\u00fablicas por 10 a\u00f1os al dragoneante del centro de reclusi\u00f3n por abandonar el servicio de vigilancia y custodia que le prestaba a un recluso en el Hospital Universitario de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron en la madrugada del 11 de febrero de 2017, cuando Plaza Vargas sali\u00f3 del servicio de urgencias del centro asistencial dejando sin vigilancia por cerca de cuatro horas a la persona que custodiaba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los videos de seguridad muestran que el dragoneante no us\u00f3 el uniforme ni el carn\u00e9 institucional en un lugar visible. Igualmente utiliz\u00f3 su celular durante el tiempo que estuvo en el hospital, con lo cual \u00abincumpli\u00f3 todos los protocolos de seguridad de remisiones a hospitales y centros de salud a sabiendas que otro debe hacer su proceder (\u2026) \u00ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conducta del funcionario fue calificada como grav\u00edsima, cometida a t\u00edtulo de dolo pues el disciplinado conoci\u00f3 la orden de servicio oportunamente y, pese a ello, de forma voluntaria y conscientemente, interrumpi\u00f3 la funci\u00f3n encomendada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sala disciplinaria de la Procuradur\u00eda advirti\u00f3 que contra esta decisi\u00f3n disciplinaria no procede recurso alguno.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El guardi\u00e1n de la c\u00e1rcel de Neiva, Esn\u00e9ider Ren\u00e9 Plaza Vargas, fue destituido en segunda instancia por la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n.
