{"id":25855,"date":"2022-05-13T14:55:15","date_gmt":"2022-05-13T19:55:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=25855"},"modified":"2022-05-13T14:55:17","modified_gmt":"2022-05-13T19:55:17","slug":"plan-departamental-de-desarrollo-registra-un-avance-del-61-de-ejecucion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/plan-departamental-de-desarrollo-registra-un-avance-del-61-de-ejecucion\/","title":{"rendered":"Plan Departamental de Desarrollo registra un avance del 61% de ejecuci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n de informe de gesti\u00f3n ante la Asamblea Departamental, el director del Departamento Administrativo de Planeaci\u00f3n, Carlos Alberto Cu\u00e9llar, present\u00f3 un balance de los planes, programas y proyectos que se ejecutaron durante la vigencia 2021 con corte al 20 de noviembre, los cuales registran un avance de cumplimiento cercano al 61%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario resalt\u00f3 la articulaci\u00f3n institucional con gremios privados y el sector p\u00fablico, con quienes vienen trabajando de manera conjunta, obteniendo como resultado que, el Huila, sea uno de los departamentos con los menores \u00edndices de desempleo del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNuestra gesti\u00f3n hoy se encuentra por el orden de 2.2 billones de pesos ya ejecutados, de los 3.7 que fueron previstos en el Plan de Desarrollo, es decir, el 50% del plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igualmente, el funcionario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la mayor\u00eda de las metas del Plan Departamental de Desarrollo se encuentran superadas y registran un avance del 50%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLo que denota que estamos alrededor de 10 puntos por encima de la media de los dos bienios, es decir, deber\u00edamos estar al menos en el 50%, pero hoy estamos en el 61% de ejecuci\u00f3n financiera\u201d, agreg\u00f3 Cu\u00e9llar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"25857\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-05-12-at-7.53.31-PM-1-1024x702.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25857\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"25858\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-05-12-at-7.53.31-PM-1024x736.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25858\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Proyectos con recursos asignados<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la presentaci\u00f3n del informe de gesti\u00f3n, en el que cada uno de los miembros del gabinete departamental entreg\u00f3 cifras de cumplimiento, se socializaron los proyectos de adecuaci\u00f3n de 14 Hospitales de primer nivel de atenci\u00f3n en salud del Departamento, as\u00ed como las mejoras en infraestructura f\u00edsica de 33 sedes educativas de 22 municipios del Huila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, sobresalieron los avances de proyectos de adici\u00f3n presupuestal para la obra del Centro de Integraci\u00f3n Cultural de la Comuna 10 de Neiva, as\u00ed como el Centro de Alto Rendimiento que se pondr\u00e1 al servicio de deportistas, el cual registra un avance de ejecuci\u00f3n f\u00edsica del 8%; y los $2.100 millones dispuestos para el programa de construcci\u00f3n del nuevo pabell\u00f3n para poblaci\u00f3n sindicada privada de la libertad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hablan los diputados:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n, se destac\u00f3 el trabajo de la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila en cumplimiento del Plan de Desarrollo Departamental, luego de los primeros dos a\u00f1os de gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las observaciones fueron realizadas por los diputados Camilo Ospina, Orlando Ibag\u00f3n y Sandra Hern\u00e1ndez, quienes en medio de la presentaci\u00f3n del informe cuestionaron el poco avance de algunos proyectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Camilo Ospina: \u201cPrimero que todo reconocer a los funcionarios del Gobierno Departamental que hicieron presencia el d\u00eda de hoy en la Asamblea Departamental.
