Es as\u00ed que durante varios d\u00edas los secretarios de Educaci\u00f3n, Hacienda, Deporte y Gobierno, entre otros, se reunieron con los l\u00edderes juveniles para dar a conocer todos los avances y proyectos que benefician a esta poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Sebasti\u00e1n Camacho Aya, secretario de Juventud destac\u00f3 que \u201cse expusieron proyectos del municipio como la PTAR, el estadio de f\u00fatbol, la socializaci\u00f3n del cr\u00e9dito de los 60 mil millones de pesos y conocieran en qu\u00e9 se han invertido, en qu\u00e9 porcentaje de ejecuci\u00f3n va este dinero, como tambi\u00e9n conocer la Ley Estatutaria 1622 de 2013 que ha exhortado a las entidades territoriales, para crear unos planes de incentivos a favor de los 19 consejeros municipales. Se invit\u00f3 a todas las dependencias y sus secretarios para que socializaran su oferta institucional, encaminadas todas a qu\u00e9 servicios, proyectos o programas beneficiar\u00e1n a la poblaci\u00f3n joven y luego de esto haremos otra mesa de trabajo con los j\u00f3venes consejeros para lograr concertar este plan de est\u00edmulos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"26279\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-05-19-at-4.27.56-PM-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26279\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"26278\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-05-19-at-4.27.55-PM-2-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26278\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Los m\u00e1s de noventa mil j\u00f3venes que residen en Neiva son representados por los CMJ, que son los encargados de realizar la veedur\u00eda y control social de la pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica de la juventud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUn balance positivo, estos d\u00edas estuvimos ofreciendo y divulgando toda la oferta institucional a los j\u00f3venes, es importante que se enteren de todo lo que se est\u00e1 realizando. No solo promocionamos los programas deportivos sino tambi\u00e9n, lo que tenemos en infraestructura deportiva para el desarrollo de Neiva y localizado en aportes significativos, que da cada CMJ en proyectos y que buscan mejorar la calidad de vida. Se mostraron proyectos espec\u00edficos como el estadio de f\u00fatbol, el patin\u00f3dromo, el coliseo menor de voleibol, y deportes alternativos que tambi\u00e9n se requieren. As\u00ed mismo, se mostr\u00f3 el avance de las escuelas de formaci\u00f3n deportiva y centros de educaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Jes\u00fas Fernando Tejada, secretario de Deporte y Recreaci\u00f3n Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faiver Hoyos Hern\u00e1ndez, secretario de Gobierno agreg\u00f3 que \u201cfue una reuni\u00f3n muy importante con los j\u00f3venes que estuvieron atentos a conocer la oferta Institucional, los incentivos que se tienen, en Gobierno tambi\u00e9n hay oportunidades para trabajar en procura de una mejor convivencia. Ellos son fundamentales en toda la puesta de desarrollo que, sin duda alguna, nuestro Plan de Desarrollo vamos a poder llevarlo a feliz t\u00e9rmino. Es una muy buena estrategia de la Secretaria de Juventud el poder contar lo que hacemos, para que a partir de all\u00ed puedan generar acciones importantes\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La empleabilidad es uno de los aspectos a fortalecer, en el a\u00f1o 2020 Neiva ten\u00eda una cifra de desempleo de 40,5% hoy en d\u00eda la gesti\u00f3n del Alcalde y sus funcionarios ha logrado reducirla al 12%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"26282\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-05-19-at-4.27.55-PM-1-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26282\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"26280\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-05-19-at-4.27.55-PM-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26280\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"26281\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-05-19-at-4.27.54-PM-1-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26281\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los j\u00f3venes opinan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Jos\u00e9 Cifuentes Valero, consejero Municipal de Juventud de la Asociaci\u00f3n Afrodescendiente del Pac\u00edfico por la Paz, aplaudi\u00f3 el espacio que sirvi\u00f3 para conocer la funcionalidad de la administraci\u00f3n. \u201cHemos estado asistiendo a estas reuniones t\u00e9cnicas que nos brinda el municipio para saber de antemano qu\u00e9 le corresponde a la ciudadan\u00eda, estamos exigiendo y observando cumplimiento en la responsabilidades del municipio para con los j\u00f3venes. Este espacio es importante, ya que se aproxima la entrega de informes y esperamos hacerlo en asamblea popular. La jornada abre expectativas de lo que puede ser la ciudad, de lo que se puede alcanzar y estaremos acompa\u00f1ando y cumpliendo con el cronograma de la ciudad y m\u00e1s ahora que empezamos a construir el Consejo de Pol\u00edtica P\u00fablica para Juventudes\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Sergio Andr\u00e9s Quimbaya Londo\u00f1o, consejero Municipal de Juventud por el Partido de la U agreg\u00f3: \u201cpienso que uno de los principios de la administraci\u00f3n es la transparencia y dentro de ello mostrarnos, como \u00f3rgano de participaci\u00f3n de la juventud de Neiva, en qu\u00e9 materia ha avanzado el municipio y qu\u00e9 proyectos van en el Plan de Desarrollo, el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial o que se han convertido en una insignia de elefantes blancos como el estadio, que se le est\u00e1 metiendo la mano y nos estamos dando cuenta para poder ejercer un verdadero control social, que est\u00e1 dentro de nuestras funciones\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Consejo Municipal de Juventud, CMJ, propuso al alcalde de Neiva Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n, conocer los proyectos que se adelantan en el Plan de Desarrollo: Mandato Ciudadano \u2018Territorio de Vida y Paz\u2019.
