5 de junio inicia el Festival de Memoria Gastron\u00f3mica de Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Los d\u00edas 5, 12, 19 y 26 de junio y el 3 de julio se estar\u00e1 llevando a cabo el Festival de Memoria Gastron\u00f3mica de Neiva en la Hoster\u00eda Matamundo, evento organizado por la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Competitividad y el Programa de Turismo, para rescatar todas las comidas t\u00edpicas de nuestra regi\u00f3n, especialmente la de cada uno de los corregimientos del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn una alianza con la Hoster\u00eda Matamundo vamos a hacer un ejercicio de recuperaci\u00f3n de la memoria inmaterial gastron\u00f3mica de nuestro municipio\u201d, expres\u00f3 la secretaria de Competitividad, Maryeli P\u00e9rez Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, cada domingo se desarrollar\u00e1 el Festival inspirado en la Ruta de la Achira, Sendero Villamil, R\u00edo Ceibas, Monta\u00f1a M\u00e1gica del Chapuro y la Ruta Dorada de San Luis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEste domingo 5 de junio vamos a tener un men\u00fa que hace referencia a la Ruta de la Achira, al corregimiento de Fortalecillas, donde se estar\u00e1n ofreciendo bebidas como la mistela, el asado huilense, entre otros productos gastron\u00f3micos\u201d, revel\u00f3 la funcionaria sobre las comidas t\u00edpicas que degustar\u00e1n los asistentes durante la apertura del evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por esta raz\u00f3n, la Secretaria de Competitividad invit\u00f3 a los neivanos a que asistan, degusten de la comida t\u00edpica y tradicional de la regi\u00f3n y vivan las muestras folcl\u00f3ricas que se tienen preparadas durante el desarrollo de este evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el gerente de la Hoster\u00eda Matamundo, Frederick Cruz, invit\u00f3 a los neivanos a asistir al Festival Gastron\u00f3mico: \u00abDe una manera articulada con la Secretar\u00eda de Competitividad, hemos elaborado cinco men\u00fas ancestrales, tratando de traer esos sabores, esos productos que se encuentran en cada una de la rutas tur\u00edsticas rurales que ha dise\u00f1ado esta dependencia para incentivar el turismo y el comercio en la
