Polic\u00eda Huila en los municipios de su jurisdicci\u00f3n, ha logrado en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas la captura de 6 hombres por el delito de receptaci\u00f3n, los cu\u00e1les, fueron sorprendidos moviliz\u00e1ndose en motos con reporte de hurto, y solicitadas por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos casos presentados en los municipios de Guadalupe, Acevedo, El Pital, Tello, Garz\u00f3n y Pitalito, dejaron como resultado la recuperaci\u00f3n de 6 motocicletas, las cuales, en muchas ocasiones, son vendidas por los delincuentes que las hurtan a un valor muy por debajo de lo normal, siendo adquiridas por personas incautas en zonas rurales primordialmente, sin verificar los sistemas de identificaci\u00f3n, la autenticidad de los documentos y por ende su procedencia\u201d, indicaron las autoridades en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"27330\" class=\"wp-image-27329\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Igualmente, en lo manifestado por el Departamento de Polic\u00eda Huila, se conoci\u00f3 que en lo corrido del a\u00f1o se ha capturado 29 personas por el delito de receptaci\u00f3n con motocicletas hurtadas.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAnte esta situaci\u00f3n, la Polic\u00eda Nacional invita a los ciudadanos a realizar la revisi\u00f3n de las motocicletas o veh\u00edculos con el Grupo de Automotores de la SIJIN antes de realizar cualquier acuerdo comercial, y as\u00ed, evitar verse inmerso en acciones penales por el delito de receptaci\u00f3n, el cual contempla una pena de dos (2) a ocho (8) a\u00f1os y multa de cinco (5) a quinientos (500) salarios m\u00ednimos legales mensuales vigentes\u201d,
