Un juez con funci\u00f3n de control de garant\u00edas aval\u00f3 la solicitud de la Fiscal\u00eda y le dict\u00f3 detenci\u00f3n en centro carcelario.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan los hechos, el imputado contact\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima por redes sociales, donde empezaron a hablar. En mayo de 2020, el menor de 12 a\u00f1os sali\u00f3 de su residencia a pagar un recibo cuando fue abordado por el hoy judicializado quien, al parecer, lo invit\u00f3 a su casa donde lo habr\u00eda abusado sexualmente. Posteriormente lo habr\u00eda amenazado con causarle da\u00f1o a su familia para que guardara silencio.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es de anotar que Quinayas Berdugo fue diagnosticado con una enfermedad de transmisi\u00f3n sexual en junio de 2018.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda lo imput\u00f3 por el delito de acceso carnal violento agravado, que no acept\u00f3,&nbsp; tras su captura efectuada por la Sij\u00edn.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Milton Andr\u00e9s Quinayas Berdugo es investigado por la Fiscal\u00eda porque al parecer abus\u00f3 sexualmente de un menor en Acevedo (Huila).
