{"id":2790,"date":"2020-04-27T14:07:25","date_gmt":"2020-04-27T19:07:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=2790"},"modified":"2020-04-27T14:07:27","modified_gmt":"2020-04-27T19:07:27","slug":"presidente-busca-recuperacion-de-la-vida-productiva-en-municipios-donde-no-hay-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/presidente-busca-recuperacion-de-la-vida-productiva-en-municipios-donde-no-hay-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente busca recuperaci\u00f3n de la vida productiva en municipios donde no hay COVID 19"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Presidente Iv\u00e1n Duque plante\u00f3 el prop\u00f3sito del Gobierno Nacional de <strong>trabajar con los mandatarios locales<\/strong> para avanzar, de una manera inteligente, en la<strong> recuperaci\u00f3n de la vida productiva de los municipios que no presentan casos de covid-19.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Mandatario se refiri\u00f3 al tema durante su m\u00e1s reciente intervenci\u00f3n a medios junto con ciudadanos y gobernadores de varios departamentos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYa <strong>llevamos m\u00e1s de 30 d\u00edas en Aislamiento Preventivo Obligatorio. <\/strong>Tenemos <strong>uno de los quiz\u00e1 m\u00e1s largos de Am\u00e9rica Latina <\/strong>y, obviamente, al extenderse hasta mayo 11, ser\u00e1 a\u00fan m\u00e1s largo, pero se va haciendo con una recuperaci\u00f3n paulatina de vida productiva\u201d, dijo el Mandatario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPero tambi\u00e9n nosotros <strong>hemos ido leyendo cosas que nos da la evidencia. <\/strong>Hay <strong>municipios que no ten\u00edan covid-19 <\/strong>cuando empezamos el Aislamiento Preventivo Obligatorio. Pasados m\u00e1s de 30 d\u00edas, siguen sin registrar un caso, y ya muchos de ellos dicen: <strong>quisi\u00e9ramos empezar a dar unos pasos progresivos<\/strong> para la recuperaci\u00f3n de esa vida productiva, pero hacerlo responsablemente\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Jefe de Estado expuso que hacerlo responsablemente quiere decir \u201c<strong>con protocolos, con distanciamiento, con cultura ciudadana<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, el Presidente Duque precis\u00f3 que el objetivo es \u201c<strong>sacar unos lineamientos claros del Gobierno Nacional<\/strong>, porque hay que ser puntuales. De pronto hay algunas \u00e1reas en las que se puedan ir haciendo pilotos, pero debemos preservar la vida y preservar la salud, y, por lo tanto, habr\u00e1 unos temas en que uno podr\u00eda decir: pues si no hay casos, hag\u00e1moslo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Mandatario enfatiz\u00f3 que <strong>no ser\u00e1 posible reactivar actividades que impliquen aglomeraci\u00f3n de personas,<\/strong> pero s\u00ed aquellas en que se pueda aplicar los protocolos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPor ejemplo, hay personas que me han escrito: queremos abrir los billares. Nosotros hemos dicho: por ahora no se van a abrir billares. Pero hay otras personas que dicen: De pronto tenemos una papeler\u00eda en un municipio que no tiene covid-19, en la que trabaja una sola persona y que se puede tener tambi\u00e9n protocolos.
