Este centro es operado por la Cruz Roja Colombiana, suscrito por un convenio de asociaci\u00f3n con el municipio de Neiva, en la cual se hizo un acuerdo inicial de $1.161 millones, al que se adicion\u00f3 un valor de 380 millones de pesos, con el fin de que se&nbsp; garantizara la calidad en el servicio de atenci\u00f3n a las personas de la tercera edad, acogidas en el mencionado lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se realiz\u00f3 un incremento de un 6,94% al contrato este a\u00f1o, y por ello la Cruz Roja inform\u00f3 a la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal que el presupuesto iba hasta el 18 de junio y, previendo esta necesidad, el 25 de mayo del 2022 la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social e inclusi\u00f3n, sac\u00f3 a p\u00e1gina para licitaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica el proceso, el cual el 8 de junio se declar\u00f3 desierto porque los dos oferentes no cumpl\u00edan con los requisitos. El primer oferente fue Fundaci\u00f3n Social del Alto Magdalena y la Uni\u00f3n Temporal Creando Amor y Vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante est\u00e1 situaci\u00f3n, la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal tiene previsto lanzar un nuevo proceso de contrataci\u00f3n en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas para garantizar la continuidad de la atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"27932\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-06-16-at-5.53.08-PM-2-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27932\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"27933\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-06-16-at-5.53.08-PM-1-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27933\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, la secretaria de Desarrollo Social e Inclusi\u00f3n, Luz \u00c1ngela G\u00f3mez, se pronunci\u00f3 al respecto recalcando que en ning\u00fan momento se ha dejado a estos 63 adultos mayores desamparados. \u201cDurante el d\u00eda de hoy queremos informarle a toda la comunidad del municipio de Neiva, que el Centro de Bienestar Larga Instancia, est\u00e1 bajo el Programa Adulto Mayor de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social e Inclusi\u00f3n, y que en ning\u00fan momento hemos dejado a los 63 adultos mayores desprotegidos, todo lo contrario, la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal tiene un compromiso grande y enorme con esta poblaci\u00f3n que tanto lo necesita, donde tenemos albergados adultos mayores de 90 a\u00f1os en adelante\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, manifest\u00f3&nbsp; que ya se tiene un plan B, mientras se busca soluci\u00f3n frente al presupuesto que se requiere, para seguir dando atenci\u00f3n a esta poblaci\u00f3n vulnerable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abTenemos un plan B, mediante el equipo interdisciplinario de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social e Inclusi\u00f3n, que est\u00e1 compuesto por sic\u00f3logos, auxiliares de enfermer\u00eda, fisioterapeutas y trabajadores sociales, de que una vez se termine el contrato, en el que ya se est\u00e1 haciendo un balance financiero, para poder establecer hasta cu\u00e1ndo nos alcanza el presupuesto que es por monto agotable y poder atender a nuestra poblaci\u00f3n\u201d, manifest\u00f3 la Secretaria de Desarrollo Social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"27935\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-06-16-at-5.53.08-PM-3-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27935\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"27934\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-06-16-at-5.53.07-PM-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27934\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, indic\u00f3 Luz \u00c1ngela G\u00f3mez que \u201ccon algunas instituciones hemos dise\u00f1ado estrategias para poder tener la atenci\u00f3n asistencial, con todos los elementos que son alimentaci\u00f3n y dem\u00e1s, mientras que nos dan el tiempo para sacar nuevamente el proceso a licitaci\u00f3n, mediante el SECOP II, despu\u00e9s del 28 de junio que se vencen los t\u00e9rminos del proceso anterior que se declar\u00f3 desierto.
