{"id":2807,"date":"2020-04-28T13:41:55","date_gmt":"2020-04-28T18:41:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=2807"},"modified":"2020-04-28T13:41:58","modified_gmt":"2020-04-28T18:41:58","slug":"compra-de-camionetas-para-presidencia-y-corte-suprema-genera-polemica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/compra-de-camionetas-para-presidencia-y-corte-suprema-genera-polemica\/","title":{"rendered":"Compra de camionetas para Presidencia y Corte Suprema genera pol\u00e9mica"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La compra de 74 camionetas blindadas que ser\u00edan puestas a disposici\u00f3n del esquema de protecci\u00f3n presidencial y magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia tienen en la mira al Estado,<strong>&nbsp;por invertir m\u00e1s de 22.000 millones de pesos<\/strong>, en lo que muchos califican un requerimiento innecesario en medio de la pandemia del COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Camionetas adquiridas por Polic\u00eda para Presidencia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de tres millonarios contratos, cuyos proveedores registrados son: Uni\u00f3n Temporal Toyonorte LTDA, Armor International De Colombia LTDA y Blindex S.A, que tienen fecha del 22 de abril de 2020, en los que se adquieren 23 camionetas y sus correspondientes blindajes nivel 3, tambi\u00e9n nivel 4, accesorios, mantenimiento preventivo, SOAT y requerimientos de la matr\u00edcula, en lo que el Estado gast\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 9.700 millones de pesos. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entidad que solicit\u00f3 los veh\u00edculos y adelant\u00f3 el proceso de adjudicaci\u00f3n de los contratos fue la Polic\u00eda Nacional y<strong>\u00a0justifica la compra de la siguiente manera: \u201cse requieren veh\u00edculos para la protecci\u00f3n presidencial\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las \u00f3rdenes de compra registran con los siguientes n\u00fameros: 47467, 47468, 47469 y todas tienen fecha del pasado 22 de abril, momento en que el pa\u00eds se encontraba en aislamiento preventivo obligatorio, enfrentando la pandemia del COVID-19.&nbsp;<strong>Como supervisores de la compra, aparecen los jefes del grupo movilidad de DIRAF y DIPRO.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan fuentes de Palacio,&nbsp;<strong>la renovaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos era necesaria porque contaban con camionetas desde el a\u00f1o 2008.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Camionetas para la Rama Judicial<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual manera, en la Rama Judicial se dio la compra de 51 camionetas a 260 millones cada una.&nbsp;<strong>Lo anterior para dos salas de la Corte Suprema: la Sala de Instrucci\u00f3n y la Sala Laboral.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El monto total del contrato es por m\u00e1s de $13.276 millones, para adquisici\u00f3n&nbsp;<strong>de veh\u00edculos blindados con destino a la Corte Suprema de Justicia, precisamente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, seg\u00fan explica el doctor Mauricio Cuestas, director ejecutivo de la Rama Judicial,&nbsp;<strong>la normatividad no permite cambiar destinaci\u00f3n de recursos aprobados.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las camionetas de la Rama Judicial estaban todas bajo la figura del alquiler. Cada veh\u00edculo&nbsp;<strong>cuesta 15 millones de pesos mensuales, lo cual hizo que se pasara presupuesto para compra<\/strong>. En octubre de 2019, se asign\u00f3 un monto para tal fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La transacci\u00f3n solo se hizo hasta este a\u00f1o porque el dinero no hab\u00eda llegado. Magistrados dicen que aunque quisieran modificar destino de recursos, no se puede por norma.
