El Ministro del Deporte, Ernesto Lucena, manifest\u00f3 su complacencia por el regreso de la actividad f\u00edsica en Colombia<\/strong> \u2014en el marco de la Cuarentena Nacional por el covid-19\u2014, y destac\u00f3 el trabajo de las autoridades locales para garantizar el cumplimiento de los protocolos<\/strong> contenidos en el Decreto 593 de 2020, expedido por el Gobierno Nacional, que permite el desarrollo de pr\u00e1cticas de ejercicio al aire libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHoy es un d\u00eda muy especial, porque hoy se ha podido recuperar la actividad f\u00edsica al aire libre en Colombia,<\/strong> con protocolos muy estrictos\u201d, resalt\u00f3 el Ministro Lucena durante el especial de televisi\u00f3n \u2018Prevenci\u00f3n y Acci\u00f3n\u2019, que orienta el Presidente Iv\u00e1n Duque M\u00e1rquez desde la Casa de Nari\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\u00ed mismo, subray\u00f3 que el primer d\u00eda de retorno a la actividad f\u00edsica se ha desarrollado de la mejor manera<\/strong> gracias al apoyo de las autoridades locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHemos hecho un monitoreo, hoy, con los alcaldes. Se ha desarrollado de buena manera el primer d\u00eda de actividad f\u00edsica y yo creo que aqu\u00ed hay que hacerle un reconocimiento a esas autoridades locales<\/strong>, que se han puesto la camiseta y que hoy les han permitido a los colombianos recuperar esa normalidad gradual, pero con mucha disciplina\u201d, asegur\u00f3 el Jefe de la cartera del Deporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Ministro, adem\u00e1s, reiter\u00f3 que solo podr\u00e1n hacer actividad f\u00edsica al aire libre las personas entre los 18 y 60 a\u00f1os de edad,<\/strong> seg\u00fan los lineamientos del Ministerio de Salud, y por una hora al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al cierre de esta secci\u00f3n del programa, el Presidente Duque anunci\u00f3 un video en el cual se inform\u00f3 sobre los protocolos preventivos para el desarrollo de la actividad f\u00edsica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El tipo de actividad f\u00edsica que est\u00e1 permitida:<\/strong> Caminar, trotar, correr, montar en bicicleta, cualquier tipo de actividad f\u00edsica individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obligaciones<\/strong>: Uso permanente del tapabocas, revisar que este le permita respirar sin restricciones y conservar una distancia m\u00ednima de 10 metros entre cada persona<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Restricciones<\/strong>: No se permite el uso de parques biosaludables, parques infantiles y canchas, y no se permite la realizaci\u00f3n de la actividad f\u00edsica en grupo. Los gimnasios y las escuelas de formaci\u00f3n deportiva permanecer\u00e1n cerrados. <\/strong>Si tuvo contacto durante los \u00faltimos 14 d\u00edas con un caso confirmado de covid-19 abst\u00e9ngase de realizar ejercicio al aire libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recomendaciones generales: <\/strong>Evite realizar actividad f\u00edsica si presenta s\u00edntomas como fiebre, tos, dificultad respiratoria, escalofr\u00edos, dolores musculares, dolor de cabeza, dolor de garganta y perdida reciente del olfato o gusto. Aliste un m\u00e9todo de desinfecci\u00f3n para ropa, calzado y equipos que use durante su entrenamiento, incluidos celulares. La hidrataci\u00f3n debe ser personal y aplique bloqueador 15 minutos antes de la salida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
