{"id":29229,"date":"2022-07-10T18:53:51","date_gmt":"2022-07-10T23:53:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=29229"},"modified":"2022-07-10T18:53:52","modified_gmt":"2022-07-10T23:53:52","slug":"neiva-se-destaco-en-curso-internacional-de-seguridad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/neiva-se-destaco-en-curso-internacional-de-seguridad\/","title":{"rendered":"Neiva se destac\u00f3 en Curso Internacional de Seguridad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Durante veinte d\u00edas el secretario de Gobierno de Neiva, Faiver Hoyos Hern\u00e1ndez, estuvo en el estado de Israel en un Curso Internacional de Seguridad Ciudadana, desarrollado por el Instituto Internacional de Liderazgo de Israel y la Agencia Israel\u00ed para la Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional, MASHAV, el cual fue gestionado a trav\u00e9s de la Oficina de Internacionalizaci\u00f3n. El funcionario particip\u00f3 de clases, talleres, pr\u00e1cticas en las que conoci\u00f3 conductas y cultura en materia de seguridad para implementar en el territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNeiva ha venido avanzando en el Plan de Desarrollo, Mandato Ciudadano Territorio de Vida y Paz que est\u00e1 muy acord\u00e9 en hacer que la gente se vuelva solidaria ante cualquier situaci\u00f3n, pero adicionalmente un tema que marca diferencia en Israel es que los j\u00f3venes tienen grandes oportunidades, son los llamados a hacer cambios sustanciales y altas revoluciones en el desarrollo administrativo del territorio. Hay que decir que el haber creado, por parte de la administraci\u00f3n municipal, la Secretar\u00eda de la Juventud es un paso importante para que los j\u00f3venes neivanos sientan que se les tiene en cuenta\u201d, coment\u00f3 previo a su regreso a Colombia Faiver Hoyos Hern\u00e1ndez secretario de Gobierno Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-07-10-at-5.32.29-PM-2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-29231\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En Israel se capacitaron con expertos en el tema de seguridad treinta personas de pa\u00edses como: Argentina, Paraguay, Per\u00fa, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, M\u00e9xico, Guatemala, Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica y Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYa vamos a regresar al pa\u00eds, aqu\u00ed hemos logrado un convenio de hermandad con el alcalde de Asunci\u00f3n, Paraguay, \u00d3scar \u2018Nenecho\u2019 Rodr\u00edguez con quien nos hemos comprometido, \u00e9l tuvo un di\u00e1logo con el Alcalde y con el Jefe de Internacionalizaci\u00f3n y, a trav\u00e9s nuestro, quedamos comprometidos para poder adelantar este convenio de hermandad que le permita a estas dos capitales abrirse oportunidades a nivel productivo, econ\u00f3mico, social y porque no a nivel educativo\u201d, expuso Hoyos Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el acto de clausura en Israel hicieron presencia la Representante de la Agencia Israel\u00ed para la Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional, MASHAV, la Delegada de Relaciones Exteriores del gobierno de Israel para el todo el mundo, entre otros, \u201cadem\u00e1s de recibir el diploma con un grado muy importante que nos permite tener un conocimiento mayor; ahora es llegar a Neiva a ponerlo en pr\u00e1ctica, hacer talleres, trabajar desde Gobierno con iniciativas favorables para los j\u00f3venes y la comunidad neivana\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 el Secretario de Gobierno.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante veinte d\u00edas el secretario de Gobierno de Neiva, Faiver Hoyos Hern\u00e1ndez, estuvo en el estado de Israel en un Curso Internacional de Seguridad Ciudadana, desarrollado por el Instituto Internacional de Liderazgo de Israel y la Agencia Israel\u00ed para la Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional, MASHAV, el cual fue gestionado a trav\u00e9s de la Oficina de Internacionalizaci\u00f3n.
