{"id":2953,"date":"2020-05-05T03:47:54","date_gmt":"2020-05-05T08:47:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=2953"},"modified":"2020-05-05T03:47:56","modified_gmt":"2020-05-05T08:47:56","slug":"oficina-de-victimas-mantiene-atencion-via-telefonica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/oficina-de-victimas-mantiene-atencion-via-telefonica\/","title":{"rendered":"Oficina de v\u00edctimas mantiene atenci\u00f3n v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Desde que se suspendi\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n presencial a las v\u00edctimas del conflicto armado en el<strong> Centro Regional de Atenci\u00f3n y Reparaci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas <\/strong>(CRAV), como medida para contener la propagaci\u00f3n del COVID-19, la Oficina de Paz y Derechos Humanos, en conjunto con la Alcald\u00eda, han velado por continuar <strong>prestando sus servicios mediante asesor\u00edas telef\u00f3nicas. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el 17 de marzo de 2020, cuando se suspendi\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n presencial a las v\u00edctimas del conflicto armado en el Centro Regional de Atenci\u00f3n y Reparaci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas, como <strong>medida para contener la propagaci\u00f3n del COVID-19<\/strong>, los profesionales dispuestos para resolver las dudas y dar respuesta a  peticiones, han brindado m\u00e1s de mil asesor\u00edas por medio de llamadas, no solo a personas del municipio de Neiva, sino de todo el pa\u00eds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la jefe de la Oficina de Paz y Derechos Humanos, Esmith Duarte Cano, esta <strong>es una estrategia para continuar en contacto con la poblaci\u00f3n v\u00edctima<\/strong> y garantizar el acceso a los servicios del CRAV. Se busca que los usuarios que no cuenten con los recursos necesarios para acceder f\u00e1cilmente a internet o servicios digitales, no tengan que  desplazarse hasta las oficinas y as\u00ed proteger su salud. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duarte, destac\u00f3 el compromiso demostrado por los funcionarios encargados de recibir estas llamadas, al trabajar de manera ordenada y responsable desde sus hogares, logrando un trabajo satisfactorio y resalt\u00f3 la importancia de poder continuar prestando atenci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de canales no presenciales.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsta l\u00ednea permite <strong>seguir brindando los servicios a los usuarios del CRAV, en el sistema del teletrabajo<\/strong>. Aqu\u00ed cuando llaman se solicitan unos datos de contacto, con el fin de verificar la identidad de la persona y su aparici\u00f3n en el Registro \u00danico de V\u00edctimas, se les pregunta por sus inquietudes, si se puede se resuelven inmediatamente o se gestiona para que la entidad pertinente les d\u00e9 respuesta\u201d, explic\u00f3 una de las profesionales que brinda atenci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que la l\u00ednea de atenci\u00f3n habilitada por el Centro Regional de Atenci\u00f3n y Reparaci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas es el 3102411121, en horario de atenci\u00f3n de 7:00 a.m. a 12 p.m. y de 1: 00 p.m. a 4: 00 p.m. de lunes a viernes.
