Tania Alejandra Calder\u00f3n Hern\u00e1ndez, quien ha laborado en varias empresas regionales donde ha desempe\u00f1ado labores administrativas, como tambi\u00e9n ha sido docente del Colegio Human\u00edstico del Alto Magdalena, coordinadora de Talento Humano, subgerente en otras empresas y con una familia con tradici\u00f3n de impulsar el f\u00fatbol regional, asumi\u00f3 la Secretar\u00eda de Deporte y Recreaci\u00f3n Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEstoy feliz de hacer parte del gobierno del alcalde de Neiva Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n, agradecida con Dios por esta oportunidad para mi vida y siempre de la mano de \u00e9l, me siento honrada y a la vez comprometida de desarrollar las funciones como Secretaria de Deporte y Recreaci\u00f3n para dar cumplimiento a las metas y al Plan de Desarrollo Mandato Ciudadano, Territorio de Vida y Paz 2020 \u2013 2023, en lo que corresponde al sector deporte y recreaci\u00f3n\u201d, expres\u00f3 Calder\u00f3n Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La nueva Secretaria es ingeniera industrial de la Corporaci\u00f3n Universitaria del Huila, Corhuila, adem\u00e1s especialista en gerencia financiera de la Corporaci\u00f3n Universitaria Minuto de Dios, Uniminuto, y cuenta con m\u00e1s de ocho a\u00f1os de experiencia en el sector privado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 la Secretar\u00eda de Deporte?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPor tradici\u00f3n familiar el deporte ha tenido una fuerte influencia en mi vida, para nadie es un secreto que mi padre ha sido garante e impulsor del deporte en la regi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la creaci\u00f3n y el fortalecimiento del f\u00fatbol. Por el momento me encuentro en el proceso de empalme, recibiendo toda la informaci\u00f3n pertinente a cerca de la Secretar\u00eda, he estado con todo mi equipo trabajando para estar al d\u00eda con todo este proceso\u201d, manifest\u00f3 la nueva funcionaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liderazgo y responsabilidad ser\u00e1n su sello por lo que viene conociendo a fondo c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 estructurado el plan indicativo, los proyectos que est\u00e1n en ejecuci\u00f3n, \u201cconociendo los proyectos podemos plantear los correctivos que se tengan que hacer y continuar con los aspectos positivos que se hayan institucionalizado. Por lo que estamos evaluando, detalladamente, los aspectos que integran los proyectos que orientan la gesti\u00f3n de la actual vigencia y \u00e9stos dar\u00e1n la pauta para desarrollar todo lo planeado en los componentes respectivos en las distintas estrategias\u201d, explic\u00f3 la Secretaria de Deporte y Recreaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Calder\u00f3n Hern\u00e1ndez pondr\u00e1 todos sus conocimiento en las distintas \u00e1reas como Subgerencia Administrativa, Coordinaci\u00f3n de Proyectos, entre otros, \u201cel amor por el tema del deporte me permite asumir esta gran responsabilidad y liderazgo del equipo de trabajo, para continuar materializando los esfuerzos y el compromiso de sustentar y evidenciar los resultados, para darle continuidad a las obras, recoger lo bueno de cada una de ellas y fortalecerlas, estar\u00e9 muy vigilante de c\u00f3mo se van a utilizar los recursos para dichas obras, siempre pensando en el desarrollo y necesidades de la comunidad neivana\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 Tania Alejandra Calder\u00f3n Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
