{"id":3057,"date":"2020-05-08T04:28:45","date_gmt":"2020-05-08T09:28:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=3057"},"modified":"2020-05-08T04:28:47","modified_gmt":"2020-05-08T09:28:47","slug":"gobierno-estimula-el-teletrabajo-en-esta-cuarentena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/gobierno-estimula-el-teletrabajo-en-esta-cuarentena\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno estimula el teletrabajo en esta cuarentena"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Presidente Iv\u00e1n Duque M\u00e1rquez invit\u00f3 al pa\u00eds a <strong>hacer uso de las pautas de trabajo en casa y de trabajo virtual<\/strong>, con el fin de<strong> contener el contagio del coronavirus (covid-19)<\/strong>, para proteger la salud y la vida de los colombianos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Mandatario hizo la invitaci\u00f3n en el especial diario de televisi\u00f3n \u2018Prevenci\u00f3n y Acci\u00f3n\u2019, en el cual se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <strong>dichas pautas son impulsadas y motivadas desde el Ministerio de Trabajo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cQuiero decirlo, de manera muy clara: en las directivas que han salido de la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica, <strong>nuestra invitaci\u00f3n a la gran mayor\u00eda de funcionarios p\u00fablicos es a que en la medida de las directrices de las agencias para las que trabajan, que puedan trabajar en casa<\/strong> y que puedan trabajar virtualmente\u201d, destac\u00f3 el Jefe de Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre el particular, el Ministro de Trabajo, \u00c1ngel Custodio Cabrera, invitado por el Presidente al programa, resalt\u00f3 que en las actividades en las que sea posible hacer trabajo en casa \u201cinvitamos a todos los empleadores y a todos los servidores p\u00fablicos, a todos los jefes de personal de este pa\u00eds, a que lo hagan en su casa, porque esto es muy importante\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acuerdo entre empleador y trabajador, la clave<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el mismo contexto, el MinTrabajo recalc\u00f3 que l<strong>a cartera a su cargo ha expedido circulares a trav\u00e9s de las cuales se fomenta el trabajo en casa <\/strong>y el teletrabajo, en las cuales se dan las pautas que se deben seguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que frente al trabajo en casa, <strong>es necesario un acuerdo entre el empleador y su trabajador<\/strong>, con el fin de ajustar posibles diferencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministro indic\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n es importante caracterizar el tipo de funcionarios y priorizar a las personas que presenten casos especiales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Presidente Iv\u00e1n Duque M\u00e1rquez invit\u00f3 al pa\u00eds a hacer uso de las pautas de trabajo en casa y de trabajo virtual, con el fin de contener el contagio del coronavirus (covid-19), para proteger la salud y la vida de los colombianos.
