{"id":30598,"date":"2022-07-27T04:55:20","date_gmt":"2022-07-27T09:55:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=30598"},"modified":"2022-07-27T04:55:21","modified_gmt":"2022-07-27T09:55:21","slug":"efectos-de-la-rehabilitacion-de-viviendas-en-tello","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/efectos-de-la-rehabilitacion-de-viviendas-en-tello\/","title":{"rendered":"Efectos de la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de viviendas en Tello"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Una delegaci\u00f3n de Fonvihuila se desplaz\u00f3 hacia el&nbsp;<strong>municipio de Tello<\/strong>&nbsp;a<strong>&nbsp;recibir las obras de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de vivienda&nbsp;<\/strong>que fueron afectadas por las fuertes lluvias del 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el municipio de Tello&nbsp;<strong>las lluvias afectaron a 20 familias de esta localidad,<\/strong>&nbsp;14 de la zona rural y 6 de la zona urbana. Una de esas casas fue la de Mar\u00eda Estela Le\u00f3n de Suarez, una se\u00f1ora de 87 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la se\u00f1ora Le\u00f3n de Suarez, la lluvia le afect\u00f3&nbsp;toda la zona del patio que incluyen los ba\u00f1os y por su condici\u00f3n de ciega esto le representaba un grave peligro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl patio de la casa de mi mam\u00e1 estaba en tierra, le faltaba hacerle relleno para nivelarlo, el ba\u00f1o estaba sin enchapar y feos, ahora est\u00e1 muy bonitos, agradecerle al se\u00f1or Gobernador y al Alcalde por la ayuda que recibi\u00f3\u201d indic\u00f3, M\u00e9lida Suarez, hija de Mar\u00eda Estela Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe le arregla el patio, donde se le hecha el piso y se techa, se le cambia el ba\u00f1o y se enchapa, se le hace puntos hidr\u00e1ulicos, adem\u00e1s se le hace un muro para que pueda bajar al patio sin el peligro de caerse\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 el Coordinador de las interventor\u00edas para los proyectos de ayudas en Tello, Elver Jamid Torres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, para la se\u00f1ora Mar\u00eda Medina de Tovar, que tiene 70 a\u00f1os de edad y vive solamente con su nieto, su vivienda fue intervenida.<br>&nbsp;<br>Su piso estaba en mal estado y ba\u00f1os da\u00f1ados. \u201cEstoy s\u00faper contenta, el piso me quedo bonito y todos me dicen que soy vanidosa porque le digo que antes de entrar tienen que limpiarse los pies y agradezco a la Alcald\u00eda y a la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila por esta ayuda\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la se\u00f1ora Mar\u00eda, la mejora de vivienda fue el arreglo del ba\u00f1o, la ducha y se le hecho cer\u00e1mica al piso de su sala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De este modo, el secretario de Planeaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo social del municipio de Tello<br>Jos\u00e9 Alfredo Guti\u00e9rrez, destaca la cooperaci\u00f3n entre el municipio y la Gobierno \u201cHuila Crece\u201d \u201cHa sido&nbsp;<strong>un proceso articulado con la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila,&nbsp;<\/strong>expresar los m\u00e1s sinceros agradecimientos al gobernador, Luis Enrique Duss\u00e1n L\u00f3pez, por ese importante trabajo que viene realizando para esta habilitaci\u00f3n de vivienda a las familias afectadas por ola invernal del municipio de Tello.
